What do you like best about the product?
The approval process within Hootsuite makes connecting and sharing with clients for review super easy!

It would be great if the platform was able to tag and use some of the in-app features on Instagram and Facebook.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes managing social media an absolute breeze! It integrates perfectly with Linkedin. The user-friendly interface and intuitive dashboard allow me to easily implement a scheduled post, and share content effortlessly across multiple platforms. I love how easy it is to navigate, saving me time and keeping my social media strategy organized. Whether you're a small business owner or a social media pro, Hootsuite is a game-changer. Highly recommend, I use it very frequently!
What do you dislike about the product?
What’s not to like? I only wish I’d discovered it sooner. It’s made it much easier to reach our audience using pre-made content from our marketing team, and the ability to set up automated shares for the future is a really great feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has made crossposting and sharing my workplace’s content incredibly easy! The intuitive dashboard allows me to schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms seamlessly, saving time and ensuring consistency in our messaging. Since using Hootsuite, we’ve been able to reach more connections and expand our audience effortlessly. It’s been a huge asset in growing our online presence and engagement. Highly recommend for any team looking to streamline their social media strategy
Hootsuite is the perfect tool for small businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
We love using Hootsuite for our small business. Being able to schedule multiple posts across multiple social media platforms is such a game charger - and time saver! Especially with a small team, Hootsuite provides us all the tools we need, even with a one-man operation at times. We will definitely continue using Hootsuite to schedule and monitor all of our media marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we've noticed is that sometimes we will schedule a specific post to be posted on a specific day - but for some reason when it gets saved, the post will be on a different day. Just be careful you double check your saved work!

It's definitely saving us time by allowing us to schedule multiple posts across multiple accounts.
Easy to use, innovative platform and helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Hootsuite is easy to use, has good calendar and analytics tools for all major social media platforms. I also like how Hootsuite is using the latest AI or tools to help me write and plan holidays/awareness events throughout the month. I also like how Hootsuite almost every month offers good tools and webinars to level up my content planning. I use Hootsuite nearly every day to monitor comments and my feed. It's really easy to integrate and implement for our channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit higher if you only have 1-2 social media channels that you want to schedule. My company uses Hootsuite to manage our 5-10 social accounts so it's worth the price.

Creating content ideas is helpful with the Owly AI writer and calendar planner.
The Only Way to Manage Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
We love the ability to manage multiple social accounts from a single platform, and the integration of our approval workflow (two sets of eyes) ensures every post is reviewed before publishing. The reporting tools are excellent—especially when combined with tagging, which allows for deeper analysis by country. Hootsuite has become our go-to tool for day-to-day social media management across a complex mix of brands and geographies. It's easy to use, quick to implement, and the responsive customer support is a real bonus.

Nothing major but at times, some accounts disconnect and it creates some work to re-add

HootSuite - the ideal Social Media Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite streamlines our social media planning by providing a single, user-friendly platform. It’s an excellent tool that simplifies organizing and scheduling our content with ease!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only challenge with Hootsuite is that tagging people or companies in LinkedIn posts isn’t as seamless as it is when posting directly on LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to plan out our social media posts a month at a time. It organizes all of our content in one easy to use location which makes managing our calendar a lot easier.

I love it, making learning easier is the best thing possible for someone like me. I've aced most of my tests learning the things I'm taught here

More pictures or videos in text courses, something to light up the lessons

My classes need to teach me some things that are not part of our curriculum, so we go here and this program helps us out ALOT
