What do you like best about the product?
Allowing you to easily complete marketing tasks without the stress of having to waste time going service to service
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes its too much info, I get lost in the amount of analysis given
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to upload posts on many socials and I cant stand going to post the same thing 5 times wasting my time

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who didn't even know that Hootsuite existed before I had to use it's website for class, it was so easy and so detailed. I really walked away knowing that I learned something.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of downsides, I didn't see anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite made it so much easier to see data in real time and really understand what the consumers want.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a useful platform for managing multiple social media accounts. I appreciate that it consolidates scheduling, content management, and analytics in one place. Specifically, the analytics features are helpful for understanding industry trends, competitor activities, and the overall impact of our social media efforts. It simplifies tasks like scheduling and managing comments, which saves time. Furthermore, the account team is phenomenal to work with, consistently offering valuable insights, creative ideas, and effective troubleshooting. Overall, it's a solid tool for anyone looking to streamline their social media workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing. However, you get what you pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our lean team, Hootsuite solves the critical problems of time constraints, inefficient workflows, and difficulty tracking performance. By consolidating social media management and analytics, it's significantly increased our productivity, improved collaboration, and enabled data-driven decisions. Plus, their account team support is phenomenal.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been very helpful with our business. We are able to manage multiple social media accounts and track our performance results. Also easy to use! When reaching out to customer service, they are able to provide answers in order to fix any issues within a short amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When first using Hootsuite, it was a bit overwhelming with all of the features. It took some time to navigate through the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped streamline the process for posting and scheduling making our daily routine more time efficient.

Easy to use and quick with lots of handy tips for posts

Sometimes the Streams format changes without me asking it to!

Great for scheduling and posting social media over multiple sites. Also has a good media library, list of hashtags and AI for ideas..

What do you like best about the product?
We've used a variety of social platforms—Sprout Social, Brandwatch, etc. Overall, Hootsuite has been a great tool for our team. I think that they price to quality ratio is good, providing our team with the platform capacity, member seats, and additional tools we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the support communication can be delayed, taking a few days to hear back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing our team with the number or member seats, platform capacity, and additional features (i.e. social listening and separated reporting for paid vs. organic) that we were looking for—at a reasonable price.

you can't fully white label reports and cannot see facebook shares. there isn't any filters for blocking spam.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly the convenience that hootsuite allows for is amazing. It helps simplify and streamline my process when it comes to managing our socials.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface feels a little old and in my experience can feel a little clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite provides a holistic overview of our social media channels and accounts in one centralised area and this helps me save time and effort compared to going into each app and individual analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite is very intuitive to use. Although they have amazing resources and trainings, I found it was simple enough to get started right away and plug into trainings as needed. It makes my job as a team of one seamless with everything I need in one spot from analytics to scheduling, social listening, and more. It integrates with many of the other tools my organization is already using as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some link tracking could be better and would love to eventually see a shareable (real time updating) link to regular analytic reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping to keep all things social in one place so that it's easy to post, schedule, report, and test new things!

What do you like best about the product?
We really love the ease with which we can schedule and automate content to all of our accounts (we run over 50 accounts within the business). The analytics insights and ability to easily generate reports are super valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX is a bit clunky in my opinion, but the functionality makes up for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to leverage plugins to automate and schedule out content to our many accounts has allowed us to operate effectively at scale. Without this, we wouldn't be able to maintain our over 50 accounts.
