What do you like best about the product?
The calender layout - everything is big and easy to see!
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can only shedule in 5s of time. Would like to see every minute (looks more organic to customers)
No integration of X threads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling ahead of time.

Helpful, easy to use platform for all social media accounts

What do you like best about the product?
I like that i can create one copy for the post and upload to multiple social media platforms. Also, i like the calendar view and build in AI for quick post ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the account for some reason disconnects and the post does not get published.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency and grammar.

What do you like best about the product?
I've found that most of these social media management platforms have pretty similar features, but the thing that sets different companies apart is the insight and knowledge support reps provide to the client. My Hootsuite rep is very well-versed in the product, he's able to answer most of my questions on the spot, not having to take everything back to another member of his team and follow up with me. It's incredibly helpful to have that support and have it so immediately. I use Hootsuite every day and have no issues that my rep is not able to assist with. The interface is fairly straightforward and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that I have become accustomed to with previous management tools that are not yet available on Hootsuite, such as a seamless link in bio integration, Reel upload features and the ability to grab historical data from our previous platform (not that that's Hootsuite's fault). Overall, it's a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to schedule and duplicate multiple posts in the planner without having to natively post/schedule. It cuts down on time and provides in-depth reporting.

Sometimes it takes a long time to process the posts and I get error messages.

It's a one-stop-shop for creating social posts, which saves tons of time.

i wish there was a way to schedule stories for social media but input links and text over it!

The perfect tool for your social media management

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hootsuite for the past 5 years of my career. What I love about it is that any feature you can think of they have it, and if they don't I've found they are the first to implement it, which in the fast-paced world of social media is something I truly appreciate. Hootsuite makes the task of reporting that much more smooth, without it my time spent on reports would easily double if not triple, plus I use it almost everyday for various other social media tasks. It's easy to use, easy for any company to start using and implement. I was pleasantly surprised to see the amount of social accounts it can hold at the same time, which makes it perfect for my current company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately it's not magic, and sometimes there's old data it can't retrieve, or sometimes it can't correctly fill in data from before the time you linked the account you are analysing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me make reports 2-3 times faster and also automates sendings

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly it is. I like the analytics and social listening.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really only one thing at the moment that I dislike - that is not being able to add posts to a campaign after it's been posted. There are a lot of times I am working on statistics after a sale or event and would like to group them together but can't create a campaign on past events. Our organization uses social commerce (bazar voice) as well and they do allow you to edit and create campaigns after they have happened. I would like to see this incorporated in Hootsuite. Another thing is automatic story publish option - currently bazaarvoice allows this but I would prefer to use one platform (Hootsuite) for all my scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that I can create my own reports in hootsuite analytics, this makes it quick to gather data for different things. I also really like social listening, it allows me to create posts that are relevant to our brand and topics.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hootsuite for its basic features, and it's been a game-changer! Scheduling posts across multiple platforms in one place has saved me so much time, and the intuitive interface makes managing social media effortless. I love how streamlined everything is, and hope to explore the more advanced features. Highly recommend for anyone looking to simplify their workflow!

Overall, it’s a great tool for basic scheduling, but I wish some of the more advanced features were more accessible without a hefty price tag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the problem of managing multiple social media accounts by providing a centralized platform for scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement. Instead of logging into different platforms separately, I can plan and publish content across various channels all in one place. This saves me a lot of time and helps me stay consistent with my posting schedule. It also makes tracking engagement easier with its built-in analytics, so I can quickly see what’s working and adjust my strategy. Additionally, the ability to collaborate with a team (even in basic ways) is helpful if you're working with others on social media management. Overall, it streamlines my workflow and allows me to be more efficient and strategic with my content.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage multiple accounts all in one location. We manage several different brands and it allows us to tackle social posting without continually signing in and rewriting posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it will disconnect from social channel which can be a nuisance however I don't know if that's necessarily and issue with Hootsuite or the platforms themselves. I know Facebook has a habit of updating causing issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm the only marketing staff, so it's great to know Hootsuite is working in the background opening up my schedule to handle other tasks.
