What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite provides convenience in its ability to easily organize posts across our 3 main social media platforms. The workflow and interface is easy to follow and promotes collaboration between our team members.

We use Hootsuite every day in our scheduling and it seems to be a smooth transition to new employees and is quite smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving/editing posts can cause scheduling issues and posting errors.

The drafts section can be difficult to navigate based on the timing of drafts and locating past drafts in the folder page.

Customer support was helpful albeit slow in its response times to a few issues I had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating an organized structure for daily use across multiple platforms.
Scheduling and planning functions give clarity and overview for multiple weeks/months.
Gives insights into optimal posting times and suggestions for links/mentions.

Easy, One-Stop Shop for social media management

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to house a lot of tools under one roof. Social media scheduling, inbox to respond to direct messages and comments, comprehensive analytics, social listening, and a place to monitor and create social media ads. I use the product every single day and it has transformed the workflow of our social media management.

The ease to integrate various products was easy for a smaller team. We were able to connect our various doucment hubs, canva and etc. It was also easy to implement for a small team. The training was very comprehensive in their self-paced courses
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure can be a little intense. It does cost a lot to add new users to our account, which can sometimes be a hinderance. Especially if we just want them to be able to have access to one specific aspect of the system, aka social listening, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to put all my tools in one place and not have to jump between various apps to schedule and evaluate content. As the sole person responsible for social media at my organization, it helps make the day-to-day work more streamlined, especially as social media isn't my only task.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we are able to connect all our client accounts, and schedule and manage them from one dashboard. In addition, we can assign our team members to different client accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UX can be a bit clunky, but I've used many systems, and they all seem to have a similar experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Hootsuite allows us to save time managing our client's social media platforms from a single dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hootsuite's analytics capabilities. Being able to see detailed insights into each of my organization's platforms allows us to iterate on successes and scale back on underperformers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only that I'm unable to select a trending sound when posting a Reel or TikTok. Because of this, I often choose to post directly in Instagram or Tiktok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the problem of scheduling a high volume of posts on multiple platforms. Without Hootsuite, it would be extremely cumbersome to navigate to each platform to schedule posts.

Seamless experience using Hootsuite to manage social accounts and platforms

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's User Interface is so intuitive and well designed, managing multiple accounts on multiple platforms is truly a seamless experience. The ability to create monthly or quarterly reports is also a great feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find something not to like about Hootsuite, perhaps if I had to make one complaint it would be about using the mobile app. I don't have a ton of experience using the app, but I think some of the features aren't quite as seamless as the desktop experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage dozens of accounts on various platforms. It would be impossible to manage them all on their native platforms. There's just not enough time in the day. Hootsuite allows me to manage them all from one screen, all at once. It's incredible. I have used other similar products before Hootsuite, and they just don't compare.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is a 1 stop shop. Having the AI tool for when I need to post but don't know what to post, is so awesome. So helpful. I can post, draft up posts, and also use the calendar with national holidays/events as well. I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far......nothing. Honestly. I haven't found a problem yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits me in multiple ways. 1) having the option to post on 2 sites at once is helpful, less time consuming. 2) the events calendar hootsuite provides is sooooo helpful and gives ,e great ideas for posting!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of set up and tool UX, lots of online and training support. Continually adding new features and channels, open to feedback, custom efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some acquisition functionality still separate, need to go to/learn a whole new interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place for all social needs: creating, scheduling, posting, analytics, listening, community management.

What do you like best about the product?
The cross-posting, editing and customization of content for a multi-brand company like ours became hassle-free and organized with Hootsuite. The ease of integrating different brand portfolios into a single platform simplified campaign implementation. With the AI integrations in content creation and 'Listening' powered by Talkwalker, the potential of the platform doubled, making it my go to for everyday market research, SEO edits and content polishing. Special shoutout to the enterprise account support teams (customer support and tech) for always resolving and troubleshooting any problems I run into within a couple of hours. I have been using Hootsuite every workday for the past 2 years and I cannot suggest a better platform that does it all!
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though Listening has been amazing for general topics, it would be amazing to have it perform better, pulling in specific data for niche markets like equestrian products or auto detailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a company with 5+ brands and 15+ digital channels. Hootsuite solved the biggest organizational hurdle of having all these channels on a single platform. It made cross-channel posting and tracking simple and straightforward. The capability of having different HootBios for our different brands was a game changer.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the academy! Its a one stop shop for all social media trends! I no longer have to scour the internet for hours. It had elevated my content game! Hootsuite breaks everything down in segments so its not too much information to receive at once
