Makes it Easy

What do you like best about the product?
As a founder and CEO it is very challenging for me to quickly assess the KPIs needed for our marketing requirements. Hootsuite makes this painless and smoothes over questionable and bad decisions made by Meta in their business / advertiser layout. Customer support is great, took no time to get started, and I enjoy using it daily
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it difficult to sync ads on tiktok and meta

What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to Hootsuite I can receive my certification in social media marketing. I am so excited that this has been a painless process, and the pace is up to me. which makes it even better as a full-time college student.

there aren't many downsides to using Hootsuite it's very user friendly and straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hootsuite for a month now, and I can confidently say it's the best tool I've ever used for social media management. The ability to manage multiple accounts from a single dashboard has saved me so much time and effort. Scheduling posts in advance across different platforms is incredibly convenient, and I've seen a noticeable improvement in my social media engagement.

The analytics and reporting features are top-notch, providing me with valuable insights into my social media performance. This has allowed me to make informed decisions and optimize my strategy for better results. I also love the collaboration features, which make it easy to work with my team and ensure a consistent social media presence.

What do you dislike about the product?
One small drawback I've noticed is that the initial setup can be a bit overwhelming due to the wide range of features available. However, once you get the hang of it, the platform becomes incredibly intuitive and easy to use.

Simple organize way to organize my social

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hootsuite is that it is great for organizing; you can set it up and go! It works well with all the social media platforms. We love the ease of seeing a calendar of organized times of when our posts will be posted and dates. It works well with all platforms we need it to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that if you want to edit your post like reels you have to do it in the program not hootsuite

The problem it solves is organization of when our post goes out and times that fits us best to post.

What do you like best about the product?
Time saver for sure as a marketer. It makes things easier for me overall.

It often disconnects our accounts which is a problem.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the amount of capabilities present on Hootsuite. I think they are very easy to use, implement, and integrate into social media management. I use it quite frequently and find it so helpful. The customer support is very good as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find many downsides. I think it could be confusing to someone who is new to the industry BUT they have the trainings which are very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving the problem of awareness when it comes to my social platform. I am benefitting by being more easily able to manage my socials.

Hootsuite is My Go-To Tool for Effortless Social Media Management

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a powerful tool for managing multiple social media accounts from one central platform. One of the standout features for me is the ability to quickly pull a wide range of data and select specific accounts for analysis. The platform offers robust comparison abilities, allowing you to analyze performance across different time frames. The scheduling feature is also a huge plus — I can plan posts and schedule them to be published at the optimal times, across multiple channels simultaneously, which saves a ton of time. Additionally, the reporting feature is fantastic. It provides in-depth insights into which types of content perform best, making it easy to measure engagement, monitor progress, and present data to the team. The range of metrics available for each account is impressive, and I appreciate that Hootsuite regularly publishes blogs to help users maximize the platform's potential. Overall, it simplifies the process of managing social media and gives you all the tools needed to improve performance.

Overall, while Hootsuite is incredibly helpful and efficient for managing social media and pulling key metrics, these areas for improvement do slightly hinder the user experience. With a few tweaks to the reporting tool and added functionality for bulk actions, it would be a near-perfect platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Hootsuite offers many great features, there are a few aspects that could use improvement. The biggest issue I’ve encountered is with the reporting tool. It seems like the main reporting functionality has changed, and I’m no longer able to have my "default" screen include an overview of all my accounts. Now, I have to create individual reports for each account and go into them separately to pull the data, which is a bit more time-consuming. Additionally, the reports seemed stuck on data from 2022 for a while, which was frustrating. I also noticed that the reports can sometimes be inconsistent—if I pull two similar reports, the top posts may differ based on the metric (likes, comments, impressions), which makes it difficult to draw clear conclusions. I really wish there was more consistency between reports. Another downside is the lack of bulk post deletion — it’s a bit tedious to delete individual posts one by one, and it would be great if there was an option to delete multiple posts at once. Lastly, the time frames for comparing data can be limiting. For example, when comparing data from this year to last year, I was unable to go back to January 1st and had to settle for January 15th, which impacted the accuracy of my analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving the problem of the almost impossible task for a full-time marketing employee to manually pull and evaluate data of posts. This would be impossible for me to pull these numbers and work full time, and saves me hundreds of hours each year by schedule multiple posts at once with just one click.
