A MUST for all Communication Specialists

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me to "set it and forget" all my social media posts. I love that I can post one message that spreads across all platforms, but also have the ability to access each channel seperately to tweak text and images where appropriate. Easy to use. Fairly priced.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have SOMETIMES is that the cropping tool for images (specifically for Instagram) does not always save. I'd love for the platform to automatically "fit to size" the image for each platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite gives users the gift of time. Instead of having to log in to each individual platform, I can upload all my content to every platform all in one place.

Makes my job easier!

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite enables me to work smarter, not harder. As the only employee of a statewide nonprofit organization, my time is spread amongst many responsibilities. Hootsuite helps me make good use of my time by creating one social media post that will post to all of our accounts. No more copy and pasting to each account! The ability to create posts and schedule them is also a time saver. So thankful that I learned about Hootsuite and took a chance on making better use of my time and improving my productivity. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
The recommended topics do not usually apply to our mission and cause.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better use of time, knowing when to post and increasing our overall footprint in social media.

Amazing for Multiple Platforms

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsutie has been amazing compared to other platforms for social media scheduling. It has allowed me easy configuration and quick grasp of new enhancements and implementation easy - its often updating though only in supportive ways. I use the platform almost daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see all of my connected platforms on the publish to section, this is the only frustration to my use of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to manage multiple platforms - such as multiple Facebook accounts owned by the same organization.

Hootsuite Is Our Critical Marketing Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hootsuite for more than 8 years and even after considering other software platforms always have stayed with Hootsuite. It is easy to use, flexible, customizable and reliable for our brands. We are a small marketing department but Hoosuite allows us to do sophisticated posts and any given time. The scheduling is so easy to do and it makes us appear much larger than we are. It is easy to use and open to multiple users. We use it every day for posting to mulitple channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't found many issues with Hootsuite. The main issue is that the different social media channels change their rules and parameters and Hootsuite has to figure out how to get them connected again - but that being said, it never is for more than a day or two
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving a lot of issues for us. The main benefit is that we can program posts to multiple channels weeks in advance. The metric feature that is included with Hootsuite gives us the power to improve all our marketing programs and gives us a way to connect with our customers.

Exceptional Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is easily the best in the industry. Implementing it was a breeze, and their customer support was fantastic when I had an issue. Working with my team to integrate it into our broader ecosystem is going well so far. I also like how easy it is to use. Because it is so simple I find myself using it when I need to but not excessively. Hootsuite doesn't feel like another program to manage, and I am grateful for the level of skill put into its design.
What do you dislike about the product?
You pay a premium, but you get quite a bit for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me manage all my platforms in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been working in marketing for over four years and Hootsuite has been the top social media management software to use at the successful companies I worked at. I like Hootsuite because it's easy to schedule a single post on multiple platforms at once, it tells you the best time to post based on your audience's activity, great graphs, and you can easily do some social listening on different topics that are relevant to your niche.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was easier access to tutorials within the software instead of on the blog only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes posting on social media quick and easy so I have time to do other tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Hootsuite keeps it easy to find and recycle content. This makes it super easy to share and connect with our audience in an autheentic way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Blue Sky is limited. I can't share the same sized posts as I can with other social channels. I'm not sure if that's a Hootsuite issue or Blue Sky issue, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to maintain a healthy family life outside of social media. The ability to schedule our content for when we want makes it easy to continue being a mom and dad.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can manage all my accounts in one central place.

At the moment, nothing comes to mind. I have only been using it for about a year now.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hootsuite saves me a lot of time and allows me to schedule posts to launch exactly when I want them to. It's very user-friendly and intuitive, which makes navigating it simple. I appreciate the extensive data it provides, such as viewer numbers, engagement stats, trends, and best times to post, which help me think of better ways to engage our audience. Setting up Hootsuite was very easy; I did it myself without much assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the photo dimensions make it challenging to post. Cropping can be challenging and keeping the photo large enough to see. I like to be able to reorder the photos once I upload them. That seems to have gone away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves me a lot of time by allowing me to schedule posts. It's user-friendly and provides valuable data, like viewership and engagement trends, helping me engage our audience better.
