Streamlined Social Media Management with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite solves the problem of going to each site to make a post, allowing me to streamline content posting and do it quicker. I appreciate being able to post to multiple platforms at the same time, which makes my work more efficient. I also enjoy the new OwlGPT feature because it helps me generate ideas when I'm in a writing block. Additionally, the initial setup of Hootsuite was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the calendar view doesn't show the actual post with the caption without hovering. I would like to see the photo or text I used directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the problem of posting on each site separately and streamlines content posting. I like being able to post simultaneously and the new owlgpt feature helps me generate ideas during a creative block.
Necessary for business
What do you like best about the product?
I have been working with social media for years, and wish I had HootSuite years ago. It simplified my workload considerably. The amount of social networks it connects to is a big plus. One of my favorite features is when I upload several photos to a carousel on Instagram, whether they're different sizes, Hootsuite handles that and makes sure theyre all presented well on Instagram's end, no photos are cut off or cropped wrongly.
I didnt think that this software would become such integral part of my workload but I find myself using it several times a week.
Additionally, the interface is very user friendly and easy to navigate and implement into my projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. The program is amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating our social media posting as well as helping us post to cross platforms with more ease.
Reliable social scheduler with all of the connections I need
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it works with Google My Business. This is a big advantage. Scheduling across multiple platforms at once is really easy with the simple image uploader to alter image sizes for the same post across more than one platform. It is also very easy to see interactions with social following. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very occasionally posts fail without a clear reason and sometimes social accounts get disconnected. These issues are very rare and usually very easy to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time spent on scheduling social posts on-platform. It saves a huge amount of time. So easy to use.
Hootsuite Makes Managing Multiple Social Media Platforms Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
The layout of the dashboard tools and use of analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have the Grammarly feature included again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even though you can schedule posts on other platforms having everything in one place makes my workflow easier. The calendar shows all that is happening.
Great resource for planning social content in bulk
What do you like best about the product?
Social media content creation is a hassle! I'm so grateful to have Hootsuite to lessen the burden. Each month I set aside time for bulk social media content creation. I love the week and month calendar views so that I can very easily see what the content looks like and what days I need to create content for. The best part is being able to schedule the content and not worry about having to manually post.
A nice additional feature is how you can see different fun/creative national holidays in the week view. I enjoy creating posts for these as filler days for content as need be.

What do you dislike about the product?
A brainstorming or content-planning section would be great! Getting the earlier process of social media content planning involved would make it an all-in-one resource.

Hootsuite saves me so much time with social media content planning and scheduling. I love that I don't have to manually publish posts each day.

I love Hootsuite because it streamlines evey single social media management process. I can do all my work in the platform whether that be checking feeds, posting to multiple accoutning, tracking paid and organic socials, it does everything.

Sometimes some functions are down like some features in analytics.

Streamlining all my analytics and having custom functions that fit my needs
Makes me more productive!
What do you like best about the product?
Lately, I love using the AI feature to help me craft headlines and write posts for FB and X. It's great to schedule posts ahead of time, especially if I'm going to be out of town or during the holidays.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any. I can't schedule posts to INSTA, but I think it's a function of what level of fees we wanted to pay.

Makes social planning and scheduling simple
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling out my posts has never been simpler. I can plan out my clients social calendars and schedule them out. I can also look at the Hootsuite calendar to see upcoming holidays or "national day" suggestions that I might consider adding to the post-line-up. In general, it just makes my job so much easier. Great tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to find what I'm looking for in the navigation. Like drafts, until you stumble upon it, it is not where you think it should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a time-saver. I can schedule my posts, plan the cadence, and test the posts in one swoop and not have to worry about juggling posts constantly.
An Upgrade for Skills
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite made things easier to understand and followed up with questions to help test your knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I liked the visual aid and the transcript provided! It really helped with being an on-hands learner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping me manage all of my social media and its benefiting for me to keep track of all of my metrics and customer interaction.
Hootsuite for Small Business is the WAY TO GO!
What do you like best about the product?
As the social media manager for a small construction business, Hootsuite has been a godsend for me! We have been using it for over 3 years, and I have rarely had a problem with the platform. I love that it allows me to schedule out my posts days and months in advance as I am normally one quarter ahead on posting social posts. The ability to streamline across all social platforms is also crucial for me (FB, IG, X, Pinterest, LI) as we use all of these for our metrics in-house to improve. The analytics tab is also a favorite of mine: I have customized reports that allow me to see our engagement, impressions, click rates, etc. and this makes my job a lot easier when reporting to my higher-ups. I have recommended Hootsuite to several other professionals/businesses and could not do my job as effectively without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've had is that sometimes our social accounts get disconnected from the platform. It can be frustrating to have to go back and re-log in and go through the authentication process to get them connected again. That's my only complaint!

The ability to post months in advance, analytics to show metrics for our social posts, and ease of use make my job as a social media manager for a small business a lot easier!
