Streamlines Multi-Channel Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Hootsuite for posting across six plus social media channels. Hootsuite prevents me from having to post across these channels individually. I like that Hootsuite is my one place where I can easily meet folks where they're at on social media channels. It was fairly easy to use, and my interns are able to easily grasp how to use Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be easier if I could more directly tag people on places like X or Threads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite prevents me from having to post individually across multiple social media channels, saving time by allowing me to manage posts from a single platform.
A comprehensive social media management platform
What do you like best about the product?
As a small business owner whose operation is based on community engagement and customer relations, having multi-platform integration with easy-to-manage dashboards has been a massive help to my proficiency. Scheduling content, social listening, and seeing post analytics have helped me to improve my content creation and manage my social media accounts with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some finicky limitations to Hootsuite when it comes to other platforms like Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple platforms for my small business. Often, I need to post on multiple platforms simultaneously, read comments and respond, or quickly check the performance of all posts.
Comprehensive Platform for Social Media Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
The link shortener, image library with easy uploads, and the scheduling tool for nearly all social platforms across multiple clients are all incredibly useful for saving time and figuring out the optimal times to post. I also find the recommended posting times to be a particularly valuable feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There doesn't seem to be a straightforward and clean downloadable summary, making it simple to share with clients a list of their upcoming scheduled posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform allows me to schedule posts ahead of time for each client, and I can manage multiple channels simultaneously.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of access to connect all platforms, recommended times, Ai assistance!
What do you dislike about the product?
Drafting posts could use a bit more to its UI interface as well as the reporting charts.

Quick ease to all my social media platforms, content scheduling, and everything with social media management.
Easy way to manage social posts
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows our tiny marketing team to work so much more efficiently. We can quickly type up our base version of a post and tweak it for each social site in a matter of minutes. Hootsuite even suggests an optimal time to post for each platform and offers optional AI writing assistance. We would easily take twice as long to manage our social accounts without the help of Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our leadership was hesitant with the cost, especially since Hootsuite requires an annual payment (no monthly option). Once they realized how mission-critical the platform was for our SMB's ability to stay on top of social, they agreed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves us so much time with planning and posting on all our company's social accounts! We can generally get a full month's worth of posts scheduled in the span of one day now.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to make posts in here and schedule them directly to your social channels of choice

It's expensive but worth the money in my opinion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing several different social channels at once for several different clients. Before I got hootsuite, I was going into each account separately and posting at the time of post, rather than scheduling ahead of time. Hootsuite also makes it easy to respond to all your audiences all in one place
Makes Scheduling a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Drop dead easy to use! Makes social scheduling a breeze. I particularly like that I can review a years worth of posts. It helps to get the creative ideas flowing, you often forget what you did a year ago, and being able to go back and review, makes tweaking and reusing old ideas a breeeze. Sometimes thinking up new ideas daily can be daunting, so recyling and updating past ideas is helpful. Interfaces well with all the platforms I use for social. Plans are very affordable. I have saved so much time, therefore money, being able to schedule all my social posts from Hootsuite. I can't end the review without mentioning how great it is to have AI assistance in writing posts, they are perfect every time. Finally, when it comes to generating ideas, it is helpful to have the calendar reminders of all the Special Days of the Years. With AI caption writing assistance, it makes it easy to come up the posts for special days. I post daily so using Hootsuite has made it easy to plan many days in advance, so i can even take a vacation and not worry. I manage a few social accounts and have found it easy to use across all of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not particular to Hootsuite, I don't believe, but there are occassional instances when posts fail. Sometimes it evident that it is an issue with the social channel, but sometimes, it can be a Hootsuite issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just managing a few accounts across several channels is very time consuming, Hootsuite makes life so easy when everything can be scheduled from one place. A big thank you!

It's efficient and easy to use. The analytics feature is great too

I don't see any downsides to Hootsuite. It's great and easy to use.

Awesome planning software
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to plan our social media as a team. We can easily see what is scheduled and how many posts are going up each week. The analytics help us drive our content. We use hootsuite nearly every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I didn't have to sign in so often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to post to multiple platforms at once which keeps me from having to do it individually.

I would like to be able to add stickers to Instagram stories through Hootsuite.
