Simple and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule posts across social media platforms in a simple, easy to use way. And I love that it actually works - I've never had it fail to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
I whish it connected to Bluesky, but I suspect it will before too long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like to write batches of posts in advance. Event though I tend to only use one social platform, Hootsuite is much easier than doing it directly on that platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hootsuite for over 10 years, I've seen different iterations of the software and I have to say that its layout is very user friendly, it makes it easy to schedule, review and respond to different types of content. It also has many features that can definitely make the social media management work load a much more manageable experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say here, this tool is a great aid for all my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Don't have any issues right now, but whenever I've had some difficulties or any type of issue their customer service is quite fast and effective.
User-friendly platform for managing multiple social media accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive features, reliable, and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be amazing if you could adjust comment settings for Facebook posts when you schedule them in Hootsuite, but that is not a current feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small team, a big workload, and we manage 20 social media channels. Hootsuite makes it so much easier to create once and publish everywhere!
Efficient and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Hootsuite because it allows me to send the same post/message across multiple platforms, but still allows me to edit each individual one if necessary. I use the calendar view 95% of the time and it just really helps me schedule posts. I also like that it provides the suggested time of day to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could go back further than a year to see past posts, but it's not a dealbreaker. I would like an option to stay logged in longer, it seems like I have to log-in so many times. It's even logged me out mid-composition before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It prevents me from having to access separate social media sites to post my content, which saves me time. It also provides suggestions an analytics that help me learn the best practices specific to my organization.

I love the convenient and user-friendly social media automation tools. I love the analytics and how it will tell you the recommended times to posts. I also love the AI features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The increased cost when adding more team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for a very streamlined approach to social media scheduling. I am able to post compelling copy to all platforms at the same time, saving me so much time. Everything is done in one place. I am also able to view analytics so I can better tailor my social media posts on each platform.
Easy and Useful Social Media Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite allows you to have peace of mind when managing social media, you don't have to worry about posting something at a certain time. For example, our "Happy Holidays" posts can go out when nobody is in the office. It's easy to use and to post across multiple platforms at once. I use it frequently for managing our social media platforms and it's a great tool to save time and ensure all your posts are consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a bit confusing and I think they're is too much white space; I preferred when the website was more colorful. It seemed more easy to navigate that way. The homescreen seems to be overwhelming. Also, I wish tagging was a bit easier. On LinkedIn, I have a hard time finding people and businesses I want to tag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving problems of typos (checks for you) and inconsistency in playforms. For example, Hootsuite ensures all posts are cohesive across all platforms of my company's accounts.
Effective & Simple Social Media Management Software

I don't know how I would manage to keep up on social media demands without hootsuite!
I love that Hootsuite is a one-stop shop for everything a busy social media content manager needs. It easily integrates with other tracking software, and already has connections to other online vendors that are commonly used in the industry.
The decision to start using hootsuite was a no-brainer when compared to other options. No downloading files to your computer or the constant need to contact customer support, they are easily accessed online and even reach out to the customers occasionally to check in. I've never even had to contact their customer service team unlike so many other online tools.
I am on this site every week if not every day, it is so useful to me. I also enjoy the options of upgrading your subscription to include cool and useful insights if desired.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do find it perturbing at times that the post specs don't seem to match the specs of the actual social media. For instance, if I am posting a gif to Facebook, Hootsuite will tell me it must be under a certain length/time/quality. However if you go directly to the medium to post the same file, it works seamlessly.
I would appreciate the specs being at least updated synchronously with the algorithmic changes. (However, with how often the different social mediums update and change their algorithms, I honestly have no clue how practical or possible this is). There may be a Hootsuite limit for these posts for a good reason, but it can seem nonsensical to a user in such an instance.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite really solves the problem of time management for me. Working with a medium in need of constant attention while juggling other responsibilities requires the ability to preemtively publish content. Hootsuite has always been the best way for me to do that! It was how I was taught to publish marketing content from the beginning of my career.

The easiest way to manage and track social media marketing
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to view the calendar and what is planned and coming up. The recommendations for date/time to post are also very helpful. The reporting is great and I can easily pull what I need to share with my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It disconnects from my networks at least 1x per month for some reason. The analytics don't match what I see in LinkedIn so I need to pick a single source of truth or some combination of the two systems.

I can schedule out posts in advance. I like the ability to access a free library of images to use alongside my posts. I also have an easy way to pull data instantly.
Hootsuite is a Great platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite allows me to schedule and manage posts across various social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.) from one dashboard, saving time and effort. The other best feature is The built-in analytics that allow you to track and report all of your Social Media stats - this provides great clairty on how your posts are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hootsuite can get a little confusing to navigate. There are so many features available that many of them get overlooked. I will also say there isnt much guidance on the platform i had to learn mainly by trial and error.

Posting,tracking and managing all of our social media counts at the same time. This greatly saves time for us and provides easy reporting.
Great For Content and Finding Trends
What do you like best about the product?
It has been a powerfull tool as one of the largest tik tok shops in the automitive category! It helps us organize content and follow trends for future content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am pretty new to the platform so I have not seen anything I dislike yet.
