What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to set up and deliver content from any source and post to a variety of social platforms with a few clicks. Hootsuite also has a plethora of resources for training and keeping track of the results of postings. The even have a nonprofit program that is accessible to organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hasn't expanded to include more platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place to set up and deliver content to the various social platforms I engage.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling and analytics tools. Makes client work perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Must be mostly when profiles disconnect themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the problem of managing multiple social media accounts efficiently by providing a centralized platform for scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content. This benefits me by saving time, improving content consistency, enabling real-time engagement, and offering analytics to optimize performance—all essential for executing digital strategies effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the overall view of everything, the UI is easy to use and you can see your calendar easily, which makes for easy scheduling. Love that it tells you best time to post and allows for tagging socially. Also really like you can see the data easily by downloading everything into an easy to send document. Seamlessly integrates with all of my social media channels. Use it every day for staying on top of my social accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to be able to tag people in scheduled stories, as well as posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me see all relevant upcoming holidays, and allows me to see the whole month of scheduled content as well as instagram stories so I don't have to plan in a less effcient way. It allows me to spend less time on my phone and more time doing other important tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the indights can be a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before joining the business there was no social media scheduling in advance. This helped make the job easier so I can concentrate on other areas of my role.

Hootsuite is a game-changer!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to write one post and use it across multiple social networks. It is really easy to differentiate with the seperate tabs in a post draft for each network and make adjustments so each will post correctly according to the social network's parameters.
What do you dislike about the product?
I liked the previous version/view of scheduling in a list versus the weekly calendar but I am getting used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it not such a chore to write social posts and schedule them out. It is so much easier to sit for an hour and hammer out a bunch of content but still be able to post if things come up in the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
I can post to multiple social media profiles at once. The analytics are helpful to see what's working. The site recommends the best time to post, too. I also like that I can post to FB, Insta, LinkedIn and X.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't upload video and photos through Hootsuite. That's inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have many social media sites to post to, and Hootsuite makes it easier to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to schedule all my posts and reply to any comments and messages within the same polatform.
What do you dislike about the product?
When they moved the streams section. It used to be faster to get there, Specially for someone who uses Hootsuite every single day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a part of Quebec, we need to post in french, although our audience is mainly in the US and english canada. Hootsuite helps us post for specific languages and regions.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is easy to use to manage multiple social media accounts and the only service which has reliably posted to all our platforms. I rarely run into something Hootsuite can't do; and when I do, it's clear. I don't spend precious time puzzling over whether I can do something through this platform. Being able to schedule stories, reels, and more has taken social media from a once a day task for our small nonprofit to a once weekly task!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no ability to use trending audio, add stickers, etc to things posted through HootSuite. This is probably a limitation more through Meta than anything else, but it does limit some kinds of utility for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small nonprofit, employee time is our largest expense and our most precious resource. The ability to schedule posts to multiple platforms and especially onto stories is invaluable to our ability to please the algorithm and our community with regular updates.
