The best social media scheduler!

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very user intutitive. I like that it's easy to use from either desktop or mobile. It's very easy to integrate with multiple platforms. I also like how easy it is to chat with customer support, when needed. The platform is easy to use daily, or to schedule weeks at a time. I also like that I can not only schedule content, but edit prescheduled content easily and respond to comments and likes all from the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my least favorite things about Hootsuite is from their mobile app. You cannot reschedule content to be posted in real time. It has to be posted at least 10 minutes in the future, where the desktop allows you to reschedule in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me manage my time efficiently. The recommended scheduled posting times help reduce the amount of time researching the best times to post.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling feature that allows me to plan out posts in advance.

Hootsuite works for me in the ways I hope so no dislikes come to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I can edit my posts before they go live and I love seeing my content scheduled for the weeks ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my accounts get disconnected from Hootsuite, so I'm not sure if a social media account issue or a Hootsuite issue. Either way, I'm always able to reconnect them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've always had a challenge downloading analytics but with Hootsuite, I'm able to see my stats right away. In addition. I love being able to choose certain dates to see my stats, whether it was last week or a year or two from now.

What do you like best about the product?
Love how I can use Hootsuite to manage multiple social media accounts, copy, pre-schedule posts and collaborate with team members for efficient marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was more friendly for TikTok video posting, IG reels and thumbnails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite assists with time management and social media management issues that logging into each platform would cause campaign delays for.

you can post all the content to all the platforms at the same time and you can check the analytics of your social media engagement

posting in youtube is separated, if we can add it as well along with the other platforms when posting, hottsuite would be perfect

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great for beginner to intermediate social media managers, especially when you're still learning campaign management and targeting. The analytics are a strong feature, making it easier to track performance and improve strategies. The platform is intuitive, with a simple setup process and helpful onboarding resources. Customer support is responsive and friendly, with a knowledge base for troubleshooting. It works well for regular users managing multiple accounts, offering a solid range of features like scheduling, analytics, and team collaboration. Plus, it integrates smoothly with major social platforms and marketing tools, making workflow management more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The frustrating part about Hootsuite is that social media apps keep disconnecting, which means having to reconnect them often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite takes care of social media analytics for me, so I don’t have to manually track and compile data. Since I don’t have much experience collecting analytics myself, it saves time and effort while still giving me the insights I need without having to invest in a separate tool.

Wonderful system

What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing manager, this system allows me to save time by scheduling a months worth of content in one day. I would not be able to do that with out Hoosuite. I have been using it for over 3 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes - the system is wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time by being able to schedule content for weeks at a time.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy the calendar feature is to use and the visual it provides. I also like the draft feature and being able to go back and edit posts I was working on so I have time to edit and preview before posting. I use Hootsuite almost everyday and it keeps multiple social media accounts visually orgainzed and managable, making it convient to implement in my daily social media tasks. The fact that you can tag and or cater your content to the specific platform it helpful as well and makes for easy integration into the specifics of each platform. I have not needed customer support thus far but like that there is a chat option for easy fixes. Overall, I think it does a great job at a fair price.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would wish to improve would be some aspects of the analytics. I like the customzable report, the visuals and how easy it is to export, however I wish there was some sort of live dashboard to show how your accounts are performing currently with pre-determined metrics. It would also be nice to have more speicifc options in the industry benchmarking categories. My firm is a civil engineering firm (in the AEC industry) and the closest option was "professional services/consulting", which I feel is too broad to accurately benchmark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite provides an all-inclusive solution for social media needs in one user-friendly place. I use it for every step of the social media process, from looking Hootsuite blogs to inform my strategy, to the AI tools to help idealize posts, to scheduling posts and reviewing performance with analytics. It allows me to stay organized and efficient when managing mutliple acccounts. I also do social media auditing as a service for my firm and regularly reccomend Hootsuite because 1.) it's affordable 2.) it's user-friendly 3.) it provides all the tools you need to be successful in social media.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has given me the ability to be consistant about growing a brand, I trust it's scheduling capabilities even more than the native ones on meta.

I wish that you could change the covers for tiktok

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite nearly everyday and I really enjoy it! They have some a long way in the features that are provided. I really enjoy the user friendly scheduling tool and planner. I also like the various options for analytics. Something new that I really have come to enjoy is the Social Media score. The kind of tells how your page is doing with a score. I am competitive so I like coming on each week and seeing if I beat my score from the week prior.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish when you have to edit a post, you could edit all of the posts at once. When you schedule a post for three platforms and schedule them, but then find an error, you can't just edit one of the posts or the original post you created. You have to go to each individual post and fix it by platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule posts across multiple different platforms as well as analytics.
