Scheduling smoothness from A-Z

What do you like best about the product?
I was really impressed with the ease of use with the interface. But I think I've still got lots to learn to get the most out of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I'm manually duplicating posts in the social media scheduling calendar I wish the interface would flag up that there's a faster way to do something. I bet there's a way to duplicate/repeat an evergreen scheduled post en masse without having to go through this manual duplicate post business.

I want to be able to schedule repeat posts at varying times without having to manually create the duplicating scheduled posts. The scheduling feature should offer "daily/weekly" functionality just like Google event creation has this feature.

Perhaps not seeing how/feeling this isn't possible is down to my own inexperience with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time in scheudling evergreen content.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's analytics and reporting tools are invaluable for tracking social media performance. The platform provides detailed insights on engagement, audience growth, and post-performance, allowing me to create comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for management. Customizable reports help highlight key trends, measure campaign success, and make data-driven decisions to improve strategy. The ability to track competitor performance and industry benchmarks also adds value to strategic planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is a great tool, but there are areas for improvement. The interface can sometimes feel cluttered, making navigation a bit overwhelming. Not really a downside, but I hope they can add a whole other feature where we can connect a site to see insights regarding it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me streamline social media analytics, advertising, and management by having everything I need into one platform. It simplifies performance tracking by providing in-depth insights into engagement, audience growth, and campaign success, allowing me to generate accurate reports for management. It improves efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and the effectiveness of social media strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
We love how much time Hootsuite saves us! Scheduling and managing our social media has never been easier, allowing us to focus on what truly matters. Plus, our posts look more polished and professional than ever. It’s a game-changer for staying consistent and engaging with our audience!
What do you dislike about the product?
One minor downside of Hootsuite is that its analytics features can be limited unless you upgrade to a higher-tier plan. Some advanced reporting tools and in-depth insights require a premium subscription, which may not be ideal for smaller teams or businesses on a budget.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is one of the easiest interfaces I have ever worked with for social media management. The platform is incredibly intuitive and I can bring new users up to speed quickly and with confidence that they can function independently. It has all of the features I need to use on a daily basis and they often implement upgrades to offer new features that can make my processes more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is the only thing I do not like about Hootsuite. I work for a small business so when platforms increase their pricing to match the market, it can make it difficult to keep getting approval for the subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it easy to do my job because it is a one-stop shop platform. I don't need to go to several platforms to complete my job duties. I simply just login to Hootsuite and see everything I need.

What do you like best about the product?
I especially like the AI integrated features as well as the ability to post via mobile notification for instagram, as that has helped a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part is not having the updated IG sizing in hootsuite for previews, as the sizing changed for posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting to multiple platforms at once is extremely helpful, reccomended post times helps me establish when I want to post, and the new social media score has allowed me resources and tips on how to improve our social media reach.

Hootsuite is such an easy tool for scheduling social media posts out on any platform for our business, and the analytics we're able to track every month are so helpful in improving our social media strategies!

We've never had a problem with Hootsuite in the 5+ years we've used it!

It is significantly helping how we approach our social media strategy, helping us find the best days and times to post, and significantly breaking down our monthly analytics and social media measurements to improve our strategy and plan every month.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been a game-changer for managing my social media content. Scheduling posts in advance saves me so much time and keeps everything running smoothly, even when I’m busy with other tasks. I love that I can post to 4 social media platforms at the same time and put my social media strategy on auto-pilot. The analytics are nice but they could be improved. I learn more from logging into each platform directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is pretty high since many social platforms have scheduling built-in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts in advance from one platform. What I love most is the analytics—it’s like having a behind-the-scenes look at what’s working and what’s not. Seeing which posts get the most engagement helps me fine-tune my strategy and reach more people. It’s super satisfying to watch my audience grow and know that my content is actually making an impact!

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a great platform for digital marketing managers like myself. The ability to create streams to monitor all your content in one place is a massive advantage and a huge time saver—especially when you're checking content daily, sometimes multiple times a day. The platform is incredibly easy to use, and the seamless scheduling feature helps alleviate some of the pressure from day-to-day work duties.

Hootsuite's effortless integration with multiple social media platforms makes it the go-to tool for social media management. The interface is intuitive, with no unnecessary steps to publish content or access analytics. Implementation is also straightforward, allowing us to get up and running quickly without a steep learning curve. When needed, technical support is responsive and helpful, ensuring that any issues are resolved efficiently.

There's not much to dislike about Hootsuite, aside from the minor technical hiccups that you may occasionally experience, just like most products.

hootsuite now offers collaborator tags + i like that hootsuite will try to find accounts when i @ them
What do you dislike about the product?
hootsuite's homepage is unnecessary. i prefer hootsuite to automaticallyopen up to my calendar view for planning purposes. i also would appreciate if hootsuite would let me mass edit captions on scheduled posts instead of going into each individual one to change something

i love that i can schedule posts ahead of time to not worry about having to live post for my different work accounts
