Best Timesaver EVER

What do you like best about the product?
I manage multiple social media platforms and this makes it so easy to publish content. Saves me HOURS per week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I have discovered so far ,,,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem I had was posting to multiple GMB accounts. It literally saves me hours being able to post all of them at one time.

A Social Media Gamechanger!

What do you like best about the product?
When I first was given the task of handling the social media posting and engaging for my job, I was uncertain how I'd be able to manage. I am not someone who is active on social media enough to be able to keep up with logging in daily, posting consistently, and ensuring that there is a variety of posts on each platform. I immediately set up a Hootsuite account to manage this and was blown away by how easy it was to use and navigate. The planning calendar is an absolute gamechanger for me because I can create so many posts ahead of time and schedule them out on any platform I choose. I now am logging into Hootsuite everyday, even when I know that I don't need to, just to look at the calendar and see what's coming up. The software became a pivotal part of my daily work routine and I have since shared it with 2 other coworkers who are able to post on my behalf when I am unavailable. We all use different platforms and the ability to integrate our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts is something that makes the day that much smoother for us. My setup with Hootsuite was seamless, having had a great onboarding experience with Vania who provided wonderful support and answered any questions that I had. I love Hootsuite and the load it takes off of social media management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything that I dislike about Hootsuite. I genuinely think the product is seamless, at least for my use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has made the ability to keep up with our multiple social media platforms easy, which is a major benefit because I am able to logon to Hootsuite and manage all of the socials for my job at one time. I don't keep up with my personal social media so it was an adjustment when I was given the task of managing the socials for work - now I find it to be the easiest thing I could possibly do because it's all in one place. Also, before I began managing the socials, our platforms were not very active becuase we did not have anyone who was willing or able to manage them. Now, we are able to be consistent with our posts as well as more engaging and being a non-profit that is centered on community engagement, that means a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy Hootsuite and how easy it is to use with minimal experience. The use of AI also makes it very simplistic and not overwhelming. I use Hootsuite's content calendar every week and have no problem keeping up with multiple posts across many different platforms each and every week.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, Hootsuite doesn't have any real downsides! i would note that there can be an issue where posts don't get posted via connection issues with the social media site you are using, which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it extremely easy to plan a social media content calendar and schedule posts in advance - saving me both time and money. Hootsuite truly makes my day-to-day job a lot easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Seamlessly integrates with all the main social media platforms. Chat feature is great to use too.

I find the mobile app harder to use than the desktop, they could perhaps make it more user friendly. I

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the fact that Hootsuite is so much more than just a 'Planner' - It offers great insights, fantastic ways to customise you content and above all, it's clever integration of AI. The Live scoring system for your socials alongside tracking key metrics is pivotal to running a succesful social setup. I use it every day and it is so easy to operate and implement into our buisness. The support is there if needed and the integration was flawless and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any key dislikes, however maybe looking into allowing collaboration requests to be sent on posts would be useful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to run the social media alongside my Marketing day to day role. It it so simple to schedule posts ahead of time, freeing me up to focus on other parts of my work. This means I no longer have to try and balance large projects alongside taking care of the socials, as I know Hootsuite has my back.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is an incredibly easy social media management tool with fantastic customer support. Its easy to schedule posts and the analytics reports are excellent. I use it every day and its an essential tool in my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's well worth the price, but that price tag is pretty costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite gives us detailed analytics and provides a easy to use scheduling system for all of our social media platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's intuitive tools help me craft compelling and engaging social media content. As a nonprofit social media manager, creating timely and accessible posts is very important. Hootsuite helps me manage multiple platforms with ease. Hootsuite makes sure that each post is readable and viewable across all platforms, which helps in making sure our message is uniform for our entire audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
New social media platforms are being released, and I would love to see Bluesky and others included soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite creates easy solutions to problems like managing multiple social media platforms, engaging with users, creating interesting visual content and more that would otherwise be more difficult.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of scheduling across different platforms, and the social media health scores for connected accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a few smaller options for social media scheduling like Stories and leaving first comments on Facebook posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the in-depth reporting. Understanding the different engagement metrics for the month to know the content that gets more or less from our followers. It's so easy to schedule content. It's grown so much since I first started using it, you're able to add much more detail than ever before. I'm on Hootsuite all day at work. I love how far in advance I can schedule things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like my Threads account gets disconnected regularly and I'm not always in a place to fix it when I get the notification that my posts didn't go through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The flexibility to schedule content for upcoming programs and also highlight any programs we've held at the Library. Before we were scheduling within each app and it was too much to time wasted going back and forth between apps.

I don't like how you can't edit/change the scheduling times for multiple scheduled posts. Unless you can and I don't know how yet.
