User-friendly and time efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me to schedule our social media posts in advance, add graphics, customize links, and raise awareness of our resources to our audience. The tools are user-friendly and my time is much more efficient because I can batch my work for a whole week ahead - or more!
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me several days to adapt to the most recent dashboard tool changes. While I appreciate how hard Hootsuite's teams work to stay abreast of the rapidly changing landscape of social media, I wish updates had more support or explanation ("guide to changes") given in advance.

As someone who works for a start-up, Hootsuite saves me valuable time posting that can be put toward other iniatives.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can easily edit/adjust images in the program across all platforms

LinkedIn mentions do not always come through, which means I need to go into the native program to make this fix once posted.

All in one social media -- used for all social media (posting, listening, brand reputation)

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is super user-friendly! Whether you are starting a small business, have a nonprofit organization, are a company of 500+ employees, you will find everything you need in this platform. It is to designed to be your one-stop shop for all social media management and analytics. I use it everyday for my current job role and it has been amazing. You can easily integrate all your social media accounts and post all from one place and even shows you when is the best time to post! Their customer support team is also always available and ready to help in case you run into any trouble or have questions, but in my almost 2 years of using this platform, I have only needed to reach out once and they were super helpful. They are overall a resource available to all Hootsuite users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some Hootsuite features and analytics that for anyone starting with social media management and wants to make an impact, can be a lot to try and understand. Would be awesome if Hootsuite hosted webinars for some FAQ's from their users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has made a HUGE impact in our social media follower growth. Before, we hardly had any enagagement and our posting times were not defined. We have been able to enhance our best time to post based on our audience on each platform and our engagement and follower base has increased tremendously. Very happy to have this tool for all social media management!

What do you like best about the product?
Social Score - It helps me make sure I am staying on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing particualy disliked - The spacing of the navigation menu icons could be re-worked, but it doesn't cause problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule posts well ahead of time - And the scoring system keeping me accountible for my efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite greatly facilitates the management of multiple accounts on different social networks. The calendar view is particularly useful for planning and visualizing upcoming posts, which helps structure our campaigns. I also appreciate the ease of use, even for less experienced users, as well as the ability to track content performance with detailed analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features are reserved for higher pricing plans, which can be a hindrance for small businesses or teams with a limited budget. Additionally, some tools, like hashtag tracking on Instagram, could still be improved.

Hootsuite allows us to centralize the management of our social networks, which saves a lot of time and limits errors. The ability to schedule posts in advance ensures regularity in our campaigns, even during busy periods. Performance tracking allows us to identify the most effective content, which helps us adjust our strategy.
Easy and enjoyable to use - and with detailed analytics
What do you like best about the product?
It's a blissfully simple interface on the desktop, and the mobile app makes off-the-cuff posting easy. The Canva integration is super helpful, too. The collated analytics reviews are incredibly useful to compare and contrast the success of different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's still a lack of integration with BlueSky, so we're having to use Buffer's free tier (May 2025).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unifying 5 of our social media accounts takes a lot of work out of creating and posting content. And to be able to assess a calendar of all postings is extremely useful. The easy way to customise posts for different platforms in one place makes the creative process simpler and swifter.
