If you have a lot of accounts

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite was the best option to manage the large number of accounts my team needed to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
After all of these years, I still find the interface to be a bit non-intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had more than 25 social accounts, for which we needed to centralize management. In addition, we needed to be able to analyze performance to make sure we were spending our social resources in effective ways.

Overall Great Platform with Minor Complaints!

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been a game changer for me in my role. I am a digital marketing coordinator and we like to plan our post and scheduling weeks in advance. When we were looking to start implementing a platform that allowed us to schedule when these posts went up we realized that the company still had an active hootsuite subscription from years prior. Before looking for a new platform we decided to try it out and were really impressed. This has now become something that I use daily not only for scheduling out posts but also for gathering analytics. Integrating it was relatively straight forward and I have no major complaints.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I dislike about Hootsuite is when scheduling a tiktok it has to be in it's final form. To be more specific, most tiktok users will have a video completed and ready to upload but will pick a trending sound to put over it. On Hootsuite you aren't given an option to add a trending sound when scheduling a post on TikTok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts to go up on specific days at specific times without having to do so on each specific social media platform saving so much time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to manage multiple accounts from one platform - i can easily pull up analytics and displays everything in a great layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
i'm still new to Hootstuite and haven't run into anything yet that i would say that i dont like...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
time management - being able to access analytics at a click and being able to shedule posts right in the platform

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a great platform that assists our company with managing our social media accounts, helps us achieve our marketing goals, and helps improve efficiency by saving us valuable time to focus on other job-related tasks. The support from the customer service team is also quick, reliable and personable. Hootsuite takes the worry out of managing our social media efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past, we have experienced some technical issues when scheduling posts; however, the support team is also quick to help and resolve these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves a number of problems for our team. We are able to manage multiple accounts at once which simplifies workflows and saves us the additional time and effort it used to take prior to implementing Hootsuite. We are able to streamline our content scheduling to remain consistent and on time. Additionally, it helps us collaborate more effectively as a team through task assignments and through our post review process. Lastly, it helps us monitor our customer engagement and allows us to see how our content is performing through in-depth analytics reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to schedule in advance. One stop hub for all marketing material. Using AI to determine best times to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dont have anything negative to add. The platform is very useful to me.

Getting the brand awareness out into the network utilizing linkedin. Making it easy and simple to post pre-built material

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has enabled us to effectively plan, organize, and share our content. As a Digital Marketing Manager, I have been able to showcase our value on social media. Furthermore, the Amplify platform has empowered our sales team to confidently share content on their social channels, leading to an increase in website visitors and lead inquiries. The implementation of the platform was straightforward, and the customer support has been exceptional. We are very pleased with our Account Management team, who have provided us with the support we need to achieve our corporate goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside so far is that we cannot add thumbnails to videos posted natively on our social platforms like LinkedIn, but we can include them in our Amplify posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has simplified the management of all our social channels. We can now easily monitor, track, and schedule content with just a few clicks. Without Hootsuite, reporting on the effectiveness of our social channels would be a much more manual and time-consuming process.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very easy to use tool and helps you manage all your social domains from one place. it's very easy to implement and when a feature is not clear I can contact customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mean so far, I did not have any major issue with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage all the social media reviews. It's all in one place and easy to reply to reviews so to improve the experience of our customers.

Makes social media management a breeze

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Hootsuite is it makes my job as a social media manager for multiple tech conferences a breeze. I can manage all the accounts in one place and schedule them and it's very easy to use! I also love that it allows me to track analytics for each of the posts so I am able to know what is working well in my social media strategy and what isn't.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn't currently have the ability to post to Bluesky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving issues with not posting enough on social media as it was hard to manually post at different times during the day. Now I am able to schedule everything way ahead of time and we never miss a post going out.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hootsuite is how easy it is to use the platform (set-up posts and share posts) and tag content under different topics. The platform is very user-friendly, which makes it qucik to set-up posts and also share to personal channels, and the topics function helps us filter posts for our employees. Given that we share numerous posts a day that cover a wide range of topics, the topics function helps our users iedntify which posts to share according to their personal brand/expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Hootsuite may be the glitches in the system or the lag time after a post is edited/added to the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping us reach our employee advocacy goals. With the help of Hootsuite, we are able to amplify campaigns and key content peices on social media via our employees. That not only helps drive better results for the campaign, but also helps our employees build their social presence online.
