Fantastic tool for managing multiple social media accounts

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a great tool for managing a number of social media accounts at one time, with the ability to schedule posts to different platforms and schedule them for the best times.
The level of analysis provided is great, and offers insight into how effective social media strategies and content are proving to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any major downsides of the platform, it's a really effective tool for what I use it for as a marketing manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to schedule posts and manage posting frequency, as well as being able to share drafts around the team.
It also provides useful insights as to what is popular and effective with our audience, to allow us to plan and create more of the same content.

A great tool for managing sccial content and analysing performance across multiple accounts

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is super easy to use, allows the team to schedule posts in advance which saves time or means you don't need to be online early in the morning or over weekends. It also is great for posting on multiple accounts whether that's on the same social network or different.
The analytics tool are also fantastic. They allow me to analyse and compare our accounts against each other to see where improvements can be made.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to create reels for Instagram
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves me so much time on reporting. I used to have to report on social accounts seperately by exporting from different sources then comparing and analysing. I can do this all in Hootsuite now. It also allows me to easily schedule and post across multiple accounts.

Great Tool for a Large Company with Multiple Locations

What do you like best about the product?
We tried several other social media platforms before Hootsuite. The Hootsuite product, especially AI is far superior and easy to use compared to the other well-known platforms we tried. The training is endless, always keeping us up to date with the latest and greatest social media trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really anything I dislike about Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving the approval process we needed for our many locations. Through Hootsuite, we are now able to ensure every social post meets our brand standards before going live on our communty Facebook pages. The platform also allows us to assign "Super-Users" for team members who want to post immediately and also have proven to consistently meet brand standards. The AI tool has also promoted more creative content and reduced typos and grammatical errors. We also appreciate the intelligence of the tool that displays the best times to post, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to schedule posts on multiple platforms. It allows us to touch more customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes!!! But if I have to it would be the cost:)

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has great analytics that help us see different metrics that are positively or negatively impacting us.

Hoosuite has been very responsive to us when we have needed to open a support ticket in the past.

Webinars sent to us to join are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have noticed there are minor updates to the interface. Although helpful changes, we would like to be made aware of any changes to the interface so we can take full advantages of your improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is allowing us to have script templates available for our agents to use in the same application when responding to a customers comment/message. This allows us to not have to go to a different document to obtain these.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the user experience to be very intuitive and clean, it feels very simple, like everything is where it should be! I use Hootsuite for everything, including content planning, calendar management, approving content, community management, and employee advocacy. My account manager and customer success manager are very helpful and attentive to my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like each add on for users is a big jump, I can't grow my team in small increments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all of my content, approving posts, etc.

Love Hootsuite for Social Calendaring, Content Approvals and Community Management

What do you like best about the product?
We moved to Hootsuite from another solution. Love the improved content review/approval features, ability to quickly assign inbox messages to different team members for quick responses and dashboards for social analytics. The majority of the solution is easy to use and quick to train new employees on.

We've been happy with the customer support response times from our account manager and assistance from the talkwalker group for helping us implement our topics/reports for social listening.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love some of the recent view changes in the content planning feature. With the amount of brands we represent, the old views allowed us to better see which brands were posting when. The new view doesn't support that for our setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to easily distribute requests/questions from social media comments and DM's to the appropriate teams for quick responses. Hootsuite allows our team to create content and our manager to approve and schedule seamlessly so there is less back and forth. Hootsuite helps us with social media reporting and shows our executive team the value behind social engagement for our brands.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Hootsuite in a team with multiple content contributors and social media accounts has made it easy to ensure our schedule is well paced and all content is approved appropriately.

I love that posts can be easily duplicated and tweaked for different platforms. This saves so much time as we only need to upload media once.

I also appreciate the calendar view and suggested scheduling times as it makes sure we're deploying our posts effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
When our content team is on fire the notifications pile up for me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite primarily helps my team with scheduling and work flow. Content creators can easily upload their posts and the come to me in the workflow for approval. It's easy to edit copy if tweaks are required. And it's so helpful being able to copy posts to different accounts and platfors. I love this feature.
