Simplifies Social Media Management with Ease

What do you like best about the product?
I find Hootsuite really helps simplify managing our social media accounts by creating a one-stop shop, allowing us to post content and keep track of things easily. I appreciate that it makes everything easier without having to log in to multiple accounts. The ease of getting logged in with all our accounts through Hootsuite was great too. I like Hootsuite's simplicity and the reporting aspect. The scheduling feature is particularly valuable as it lets us preschedule posts, set them, and forget them, which is very convenient. The tools and reporting capabilities are great for our business. Plus, I haven't encountered any issues with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while, we might have an error pop up with one of our postings. Sometimes that could take a few minutes to kinda work through. I guess if there was a way to improve that experience maybe where the errors are less or could be, fixed a lot faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes managing multiple social media accounts easier by providing a one-stop shop. It simplifies our processes, allowing us to post content and track performance efficiently, which helps in getting our business name out there.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for posting across multiple social media channels and tracking analytics on a monthly basis. It provides a faster, unified experience for posting and a very convenient one-stop-shopping for tracking impressions. I really like the ease of use, as it very rarely has glitches. Creating and posting to social media channels is something I do close to a daily basis with it, and it's made much easier. The initial setup was very easy and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see a better ability to call up and insert '@' user handles in my posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite provides a faster, unified experience for posting and makes tracking impressions very convenient.

Streamlined Multi-Platform Scheduling with a Clear Calendar and Smart Caption AI

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create and schedule posts across multiple platforms at the same time, along with the clear calendar that shows all planned posts, is really helpful for us. It makes it much easier to avoid double-posting at the same time and serves as a good tracker of what we’ve already published.

I also really like the easy-to-use duplicate function, which lets me share a post on another channel without much effort.

The AI tool for creating better captions is also very nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
New Instagram features often aren’t supported quickly enough. For example, through Hootsuite we can only add 10 pictures to a post, while Instagram itself now allows up to 20 pictures in a single post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s an amazing tool for keeping track of our team’s work. We can see each other’s planned posts and make sure everything gets done on time.

It also helps us adapt posts from our other countries by simply duplicating them and translating the caption.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very user-friendly. I really like the Planner tool because it lets me see everything I have scheduled in advance, and I also appreciate the AI capabilities for generating hashtags and helping with alt text.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the photo aspect ratios turn out weird, and I only notice after I’ve already posted. I also wish there were a search feature so I could easily find posts I’ve already shared.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with scheduling posts for a variety of platforms whereas before I would have to schedule or post live within each platform. I also appreciate the analytics software. This is specifically helpful with year end reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and easy to use. Makes planning and scheduling social posts efficient. The reporting and analytics is also helpful to have in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that we are not sure how to do is to add documents to a LinkedIn post. We have to do that directly in LinkedIn so it is not as efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything in one place is very helpful for a team to manage the content and posts. It is a good value for what we get out of it. It is one of the easiest apps to use.

Super Easy Cross-Posting and Advance Scheduling with Hootsuite

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hootsuite because it is super easy to use, I can cross-post to all of my platforms from one source, and I can schedule them far in advance so I don't miss anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Hootsuite that comes to mind would be an auto draft save for posts. I have lost several posts because I did not save what I was doing and got distracted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a very small organization with just one person doing all the marketing. We have a robust online presence that Hootsuite helps us maintain without taxing our employee too much.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can see everything all in one platform with Hootsuite. It's a really great tool that makes my job so much easier by having everything in one place. I highly recommend it because I can schedule posts across multiple platforms and different accounts, even the same platform. For example, on Facebook, I can manage three different accounts from Hootsuite, which simplifies everything. I also appreciate the boost feature, especially the ability to boost on a specific platform without toggling back and forth between sites. Plus, the initial setup was extremely easy. Hootsuite has been a game changer for me and our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the boosting is only on one platform. The LinkedIn boosting doesn't always work as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite lets me see and schedule all my posts in one place, making my job easier. I can manage multiple accounts, including boosting posts, without switching platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of viewing the calendar and the ease of moving/rescheduling posts. This allows me the freedom to use creativity to see the bigger picture and scheduling process. I love the AI features that allow me to fine tune my captions and also see areas of improvement. Thee price is really good compared to other platforms. The support is helpful and easy to work with. Overall, the app performs exactly how it should, loads in a timely manner, and posts seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not overly integrate with other applications and all platforms. For example, it does not integrate with TikTok which is something that I am posting on frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having to post every day and also provides analytics that are helpful in one place and allows me to see what is working well and what needs improvement.

A Lifesaver for Scheduling Posts Ahead of Time

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule multiple posts ahead of time has been a lifesaver for me. I work at a non-profit with a limited budget and am a one-man show in the marketing department. Being able to do this saves me time and allows me to work on other projects knowing my posts are going out on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social listening tool not being fully active or having to pay additionally for this. I thought this was included and was looking forward to using it, but I have to use talkwalker on a separate account and it is not that great of a listening tool IMO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving back time. Like I stated in the previous question, working in non-profit industries you are doing multiple things and wearing several hats with a limited budget and limited time. Being able to streamline and plan posts ahead of time allows for better productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization. I run 20+ social media accounts and Hootsuite makes it super easy to see everything at once. Having all my platforms in one dashboard saves me so much time and keeps me from constantly switching between apps.

The scheduling feature is a huge win too—it helps me plan content ahead, stay consistent, and not feel like I’m scrambling to post in real time. I also really like being able to preview posts before they go live, especially when I’m managing multiple brands and need everything to look polished and on-brand.

The calendar view has been a game changer for visualizing content across all accounts, and it makes it easier to spot gaps or overlaps in posting. Overall, it’s made managing a high volume of accounts feel way more streamlined and less overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the organization. I run 20+ social media accounts and Hootsuite makes it super easy to see everything at once. Having all my platforms in one dashboard saves me so much time and keeps me from constantly switching between apps.

The scheduling and calendar features are also a huge win—they make it easy to stay ahead and keep content consistent across multiple brands.

That said, there are still a few limitations that can be frustrating. I’m currently limited to posting 10 photos at a time to Instagram and Facebook through Hootsuite, even though both platforms now allow up to 20. It feels like the platform is a bit behind on that update.

Another downside is not having access to Instagram’s music library when scheduling posts. Since audio is such a big part of content performance right now, I often have to go back and post directly through Instagram or Facebook instead, which takes away from the convenience of scheduling everything in one place.

Overall, it’s a great tool for organization and planning, but I do wish it kept up a bit more with native platform features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving the biggest problem I have: managing a high volume of accounts efficiently without things slipping through the cracks.

Running 20+ social media accounts means juggling different brands, audiences, and posting schedules all at once. Without a centralized platform, I’d be constantly logging in and out of apps, trying to keep track of what’s been posted where, and risking missed posts or inconsistent content.

Hootsuite brings everything into one place, which helps me stay organized, plan ahead, and actually see the full picture of my content across all accounts. The scheduling and calendar tools especially help me stay consistent and proactive instead of reactive.

The biggest benefit for me is time and mental clarity—it streamlines my workflow, reduces overwhelm, and allows me to focus more on creating quality content rather than just managing logistics.
