What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling and monitoring social content without using your phone or going into the platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't yet do a number of things:
- Adjusting the square tile on a cover, so we scheduling in the IG app so it doesn't automatically cut the cover in a different way
- Select IG trending songs to add to clips

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes creating and scheduling posts a breeze. It helps keep our team organized so we can be effective when executing our social media strategy. Also, can't say enough about the team we work with at Hootsuite, they are such great partners for us and regularly go above and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes tagging people on LinkedIn through Hootsuite can be tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to manage all of our social accounts in one place. It provides visibility to all of our team members and saves us valuable time.

Great HootSuite experience with Davis and his team

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use - the software is extremely user-friendly. The customer support has been top-tier and we haven't had any issues on that front. We were also able to implement and integrate easily from another platform which was of top concern to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit expensive which can be an obstacle for smaller companies (although worth the price).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of posting across multiple platforms, this allows me to post in one place. Additionally this has a proofing/approval function that has been extremely beneficial to the marketing team. The calendar and analytics are also extremely helpful and heavily used on a day to day basis.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is a level of checks when posting content. I also love the AI caption writer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The performance difference on ads when posted through here vs directly on the social channel (specifically Meta). I wish there was also a way to get our accounts verified through here vs dealing with tiktok/meta/youtube individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the social media management all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a erobust tool for managing social media. It's easy to use and well laid out. You can keep track of all your accounts in one place, schedule posts ahead of time, and see how well your content is performing. It's also great for teams, as you can collaborate and assign tasks easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pernissions and approvals are a little tricky to figure out at first
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to consolidate multiple global and regional accounts into a single platform. This simplifies tasks like scheduling posts, monitoring conversations, and analyzing performance. Through approval workflows and post histories, Hootsuite reduces the risk of human error and allows for accountability.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite offers many of the tools and functionalities that I need to manage social media for a post-secondary institution. I think what I love most though, is how engaged my customer success team has always been. If the platform isn't working how I need to it to work, they listen to my feedback, give me opportunities to provide my feedback directly to product team, they advocate for what I need to be added to the platform. Over the years I've watched Hootsutie grow and change and I can see many of my comments reflected in those changes. Having a tool that works for, and is easy for my team to use, is great, having a tool that works for me and evolves with me, thanks to the receptive team is a pretty cool thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm an avid Content Library use and while the content Library is great, I can now see opportuities for an evolution to make it more user friendly.

I would like to see some more robust team management fuctionality that helps us ensure we don't miss a response window if an assigned team member doesn't action the content in time.

I'd be happy as a clam if Instagram's API would allow alt text from Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to easily manage and post to multiple channels quickly and efficiently.
The team functionality helps to increase collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
The calendar is a fantastic planning tool. You can see scheduled posts from all team members and create/draft posts directly within the Calendar - making planning seamless amongst various platforms and team members. Our Account Manager made sure we had the necessary knowledge to use the platform in a way that made our jobs easier. Anytime we have had a question we have received a reply with an actionable solution to resolve any request.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could compare post performance across multiple platforms at once. Currently, we can only look at one platform at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning across multiple platforms would be incredibly tedious otherwise. Being able to draft/schedule across multiple platforms at once has saved a ton of time and effort. Within this draft mode you can work on platform specific content as well. Ensuring you can differentiate the content if needed (for example, changing CTA, reducing word count).

What do you like best about the product?
My company, Addition Recovery Care, just signed a 2-year contract with Hootsuite beginning December 1st. We are so excited to start using the platform to streamline what we do. We currently use Brandwatch and have had difficulties with its usability and inaccurate analytics. During our sales pitch meetings with Alexa Rotman-Kalgal, she walked us through the platform, and we were shocked at how simple it was to post on all platforms at once. We quickly realized what a time-saver Hootsuite would be for us. We were also excited to see the analytics reports that were so easy to read and customize to send to our bosses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to our budget, we could not afford the Talkwalker Listening feature, which was very intriguing, but I don't anticipate having any issues with any of Hootsuite's features!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of our biggest issues using Brandwatch was inaccurate analytics and having to copy and paste each social post for each platform. During our pitch meetings with Alexa, she showed us how user friendly the platform is. We are so excited to begin December 1st! We expect it to save us time and produce analytics we can trust to send to our bosses.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Hootsuite allows you to see a holistic picture around what is scheduled and can easily track links, track analytics and see the month's content at a glance. They have lots of learning opportunities that are super helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that is a little frustrating with the platform is that it can be hard to see paid metrics at a glance when you are looking at analytics. Some of the metrics that pop up are sometimes mixed organic and paid and it would be nice to have a better breakdown available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite gives a full calendar view of content that is going to be released and allows you to tag each piece of content to easily see performance of different campaigns. This is a great feature to have!

What do you like best about the product?
I most like managing our content for all of our platforms in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still not about to schedule a lot of things through Hootsuite. We still use Meta for issues uploading videos and stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to schedule posts for Tik-Tok now is great. It could be better with the ability to respond to messages and comments through Hootsuite.
