First Time Hootsuite User
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hootsuite is its user-friendly platform for managing multiple social media accounts in one place. It is a lot easier for efficient scheduling, monitoring, and analytics, and I can track performance across different channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike on Hootsuite is the the reaction time when you are posting for multiple accounts with multiple social medias. Any time you click any button it would take 10-15 sececons to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to post the same thing across multiple accounts on social media.
Great software and people
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting capabilities are significant'y better then competitors. There is a lot more flexibility in how you can set up reports. The listening capabilities are powerful as well. Whilst we are yet to use it, I think the integration with ads is a good feature as well.
Also, all of the staff at Hootsuite that I have met with are extremely professional and helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest. I have had no complaints from the social media managers. Camapign management is on a par with other vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface, great features for scheduling and analyzing posts, tons of actionable insights, all packed in one tool. Really like how I can find the answers to all my questions in one place. It is my daily social media assistant! Customer Support is fantastic and I can always reach out to them for the slightest issue. With the integration of Talkwalker and AI, we are able to check our dail social media performance score, get more personalized suggestions and also listen to what our audience is telling us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. We are very happy with the service. We are able to implement this tool with ease across all colleagues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily Social Media posts scheduling, analyzing performances (paid and organic), giving me precise insights about best times to publish & what kind of content I could focus more on, providing content to my fellow teammates via Content Library and in general any questions I might have about our posts and channel performances. We are also understanding our performance with the social media performance score and able to do basic listening with brand conversations, trending topics, sentiment, etc.
It's a good tool to save time and get good results on social media

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hootsuite daily to manage our social media posts across LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and Amplify, and it has truly streamlined our entire process. Hootsuite’s platform is highly intuitive, allowing me to quickly schedule and manage posts across multiple platforms with ease. The tool is also incredibly reliable—I know our posts will go out as planned, every time.
One of the biggest benefits has been the analytics. They are easy to pull, insightful, and exportable, which makes reporting to our team fast and straightforward. Additionally, our Hootsuite account representative has been fantastic—responsive, supportive, and genuinely invested in our success.

What do you dislike about the product?
The LinkedIn functionality could use some upgrades, particularly around setting custom thumbnails for videos. However, I recognize this limitation is likely due to LinkedIn’s API restrictions rather than Hootsuite itself.
Overall, Hootsuite has been a game-changer for us, allowing us to effectively manage and optimize our social media presence. Highly recommend!

Hootsuite has streamlined my social media management across multiple platforms, making it possible to handle everything efficiently as a solo manager. By allowing me to schedule posts on LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Amplify all in one place, it saves me hours each week and keeps our content consistent. The built-in analytics tools are incredibly useful for tracking performance and reporting insights to our team quickly. Plus, with a responsive account rep always available to help, I feel supported and can troubleshoot any issues in real time. Overall, Hootsuite has simplified and strengthened our social media strategy, making it more impactful and time-efficient.
A great tool for social media teams
What do you like best about the product?
We love that our whole team has access to view our Hootsuite calendar and to add posts, and that customizable user permissions prevent posts from going live without final approval from a manager. The free AI tool is super helpful when we're not feeling very creative. Analytics are great and you can automate reports containing only the metrics you're interested in to be sent to your inbox. Our account manager is also very helpful and proactive!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have our account set up where two of us need to approve any posts submitted by other users. If we don't approve a post in time, it just expires with no notification. It would be helpful to have an email reminder sent if a post is not approved (or denied) within 30 minutes of when it's set to post. We wish that there was a "Revert to Original" option in the photo editor, and that we could add more than 10 photos in a post/carousel. The photo preview for Instagram is a little difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps our whole marketing team to collaborate on social media while maintaining Compliance (we are a FinServ company) and a consistent brand voice.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that it gives me the ability to manage multiple pages on the one tool. The analytics section has been really helpful in developing our social media strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to change the colours that show on the graphs.

Fantastic Social Media Scheduling and Moderation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Hootsuite is its user-friendly interface, reliable customer support, seamless integration with other business apps and the convenience of being able to post and engage with followers all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Hootsuite is that it doesn’t allow me to schedule link in bio activity in advance. This creates a challenge as I have to manually update my separate link in bio page after the post has been published.

Hootsuite benefits me by saving time as I can post across multiple channels in a single action rather than duplicating posts on each platform. Its robust social media analytics allow us to track year-on-year engagement and assess content effectiveness without relying on extra tools. Additionally, Hootsuite helps us identify key trends, like optimal posting times, which feed directly into our social strategy. The Social Listening module also provides valuable insights into online conversations about our company or relevant topics, reducing the need for additional tools and asissting with future content development.
Great step towards automation of your backend processes
What do you like best about the product?
I love Hootsuite as it allows to centralize management of corporate social media channels and build stronger and faster engagement with customers. Call Center agents see all comments under our posts and can respond immediately. Moreover, we are very happy with Employyes advicacy program, where our staff are able to posts on their social media channels content created and approved by the Bank. It boosts our followership, and at the same time positioning our employyes as experts on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more AI integrations in content writting. When we create a post to be able to use AI to porpose content on the specific topic for us and media houses. Moreover, addition of AI to Employee advocacy program would be great, so we could personalize the experience even more and buold more trust in AI capabilities.

1. Centralization of all management of social media channels, properly tracking budget spent per channel
2. Ability of engage more with customers in a timely manner, building stronger engagement
3. Increased internal engagement as employees can advocate for the bank, become experts on the market and even propose their own content. It gives a sense of inclusion and sense of purpose.

Hootsuite is the Yin to my Yang
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite keeps me organized. I have far too many accounts that I use daily that i need help keeping organinzed. Hootsuites easy to link all my social media accounts and has a stream that I can track all that has posted. I can reach out to the team with any questions I have and they respond so fast even being in a different timezone. Hootsuite definitely has made my job so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that is a downfall is the ability to post Facebook Stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has increased my productivity as it is the one stop shop for all my clients, thier social media's and being able to post for them. It benifits me as I dont have to switch between 4-5 different platforms to post, it's all in one app. I can even use AI to write my posts as well, saving me extra time by not having to copywrite every post.
