We love Hootsuite! Best thing for our social team

What do you like best about the product?
We love using Hootsuite for reporting, competitive benchmarking, social lsitening, and scheduling! It's an incredible all in one tool
What do you dislike about the product?
The only improvement I can think of is I would love to see a feature added to see trended data in a better way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it super easy for us to schedule out content, suggest when to post content, and see everything in one place. The robust reporting tools are truly what make it worth it for us, though. We rely on multiple reports to report MoM, QoQ, YoY, and benchmark against competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hootsuite for several years now and couldn't recommend it enough. Our office produces a large volume of content and the scheduling system within Hootsuite is what makes that possible. And they are continually adding features that make scheduling and management even easier, such as creating collaborative IG posts or the ability to leave comments and edits on drafts/scheduled posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really see a "downside" to Hootsuite. I think the biggest challenge we have is that social platforms are constantly evolving and changing, so making sure that Hootsuite can adapt to those changes is key. Sometimes it can take longer for Hootsuite to "catch up" and that occasionally means planning, posting, analyzing is harder in Hootsuite for that brief time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are several problems that Hootsuite is helping us with:
-Content Management: we post a large volume of content and it is only possible to do so because we have Hootsuite
-Content Visualization: we always want to make sure the content we're making (copy, videos, photos, etc.) will look good on the platform and display the way we'd like it to, so Hootsuite's previews is crucial to us.
-Content Value/Justification: the analytics and social listening tools really help us monitor, build reports, and explain to leadership about the value of our social work.

And this isn't neccessarily a problem that they've helped us fix, but the support we receive from the higher education Hootsuite team is quite valueable to our team. The profesional development opportunities they provide, questions they can answer, and industry insights they give us are priceless.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to organize and schedule out posts across multiple social media accounts. This is also true for our Hootsuite Amplify account to allow our employees to do the same with premade content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I don't like about Hootsuite at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is allowing us to quickly post our content to many different social media accounts and scheduling them out. We are loving the Hootsuite Amplify program that allow us to create content for our employees to post as themselves!

What do you like best about the product?
Our team markets and runs social media accounts for our company's 13 businesses. Hootsuite streamlined the process of scheduling and posting content for our team. I also enjoy the insight feature for monitoring chatter online and measuring our reach. Our team uses Hootsuite daily, and it has cut the time it takes to post our content in half. Linking our accounts to Hootsuite was quick and easy. Patrick Loughnane has been great to work with and he is always quick to reply when we need assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our social media content creator does not like that she does not have as many emojis when posting through Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all of our 13 social media pages. It makes mass posting content very simple.

What do you like best about the product?

So far we have strugled with an option (tiktok inbox) that hootuite does not had until now

Integrating Tiktok private inbox that we didnt had.

LinkedIn mentions are hard to handle, sometimes impossible to establish, often difficult to find again

Access to multiple platforms and multiple accounts
managing my VIP's account without sending them notifications
uploading videos to YouTube, which are blocked when I try from youtube.com

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been an aamzing help with our disitrict social media platforms. I love how we can schedule across multiple platforms and accounts at once. I can also manage hwo much content is going out on our school sites each week.
What do you dislike about the product?
A feature that would be helpful for Hootsuite to have, would be the abilitiy to edit posts once they are published or scheduled to publish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, Hootsuite, we were having issues with managing how much content was being put out on pages across our distirct. Now we are able t manage and problem solve when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling capabilities as well as the multitude of options for analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The names for various analytics tabs are sometimes confusing as quite a few of them have similar names. so it's not intuitive what they are showing exactly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits my company because it makes it easier to manage all of our social media platforms in one place. It also gives us the ability to see all of our analytics in real time and pull reports easily to compare data between platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
The number of analysts features is my most used part of Hootsuite. I also like the ease of use when it comes to scheduling content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite sometimes doesn't allow certain features that are offered on the various social platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to plan and schedule content in advance to where I don't have to go to each single platform to do so.
