An Invaluable Tool For Anyone

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has become a must-have for me in my past few jobs. Being able to post to all of our social media accounts at once in an easy to use interface helps get our message out. Scheduling posts is a great feature too. Even the free version is incredibly beneficial for some users. The analytics tools provide valuable insights to what works and what doesn't work for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI features are a work in progress but they aren't quite where they should be. I often use them as a jumping off point to create content. Some of the listening tools are not as useful as they could be but that could be because they're new.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue that we have had as an organization is reaching an audience. Being able to share more content to a wider audience is a great tool.

I like to schedule posts ahead of time of multiple platforms

I cannot really think of what I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes me less time to post. It also helps me determine the best time to post my content and the biggest audience.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling is great. You can work in advance and then know your content will be delivered as planned.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is high compared to other similar products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to plan and schedule content and then forget about it, knowing that the software is reliable and I can go back and edit anything I need to prior to publication.

An oldie but a goodie!

What do you like best about the product?
One of the oldest Social Media tools around, but still a good one. I find this tool to be affordable, can post on multiple profiles, schedule and publish from the platform, and no limit on the amount of posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the available support for the tool to be lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to easily manage multiple social media accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to use & provides great tips on writing, optimisation and timing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes disconnects my account and the verification can be complicated, but that's probably good for security reasons. :)

Post scheduling, copywriting and optimisation.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very reliable. Has all the social platforms that we use for our business. It is easy to use. We have been using if for over a year now. Customer support is good. I am able to connect or integrate social platforms without much effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is one thing that I do not like about Hootsuite
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves time. We can post on all platforms at once. Also, the AI tools that Hootsuite has for writing posts really helps get things done faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, clean design that's easy to use. User- friendly and well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to change dates once scheduled. No access to Canva posts outside of the post creation in Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to streamline all social media processes and stay ahead of the game with scheduling features.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been successfully scheduling social media post for my clients for years with ease and I'm convinced it's the best system for me. It's easy to navitage and never lets me down!
What do you dislike about the product?
the only thing I don't like is that I have to keep manually going back to my feeds every time I schedule a post instead of the system keeping me there.

Most powerful tool for SoMe!!!

What do you like best about the product?
As a busy person with lots going on but a strong desire to support and promote my podcast with incredibly fun social media posts across multiple platforms, Hootsuite makes it seamless to create content, schedule it, and follow progress of the results. The integration across all of my favorite platforms makes up to date and current content easy, fast, and fresh. I only need to log in to Hootsuite once a week but I can plan all of my SoMe in a few minutes for the next week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionaly, I will get notices that my SoMe has disconnected from Hootsuite but the reconnection is fast and easy. It's not really an inconvenience... just an observation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is an incredible time saver for me as I spend many many hours creating content but it only takes seconds to deploy it over a long period of time. As a person who likes to plan things well in advance, the scheduling and integration across the various sites makes that easy. But the simplicity of use means that I can always drop in fresh, updated content across all platforms in a few seconds to stay on trend.
