Very easy to do my work each day, and post social media.
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics tools. I manage five platforms for my company, and HootSuite pulls everything together so that I can manage and select with ease, including video and images. I can also edit images in Hootsuite, which is an extra helpful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! So easy to use daily, and I appreciate new tools being rolled out from Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking metrics and easily doing my job of posting all in one place. The analytics are so helpful!
Hootesuite is a great way to automate your social media!

The ability to schedule multiple posts as well as edit prior to posting. Super user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still cannot post on Threads. Also, cannot tag or mention personal fb profiles.

Hootsuite is solving the complicated multiple applications issue. It is a one stop shop that makes it easy.
HootSuite is a useful tool to see our scheduled posts in one place, for each of our programs.

HootSuite is easy to use and easy to include our intern(s) in posting to our social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easiest to use when I have multiple displays, so I can be creating content on one screen and then uploading it to HootSuite.

Being able to have different team members schedule on one site improves our continuity and consistency.
This program makes recruiting to multiple social media sites so much more efficient!

It's an efficient program that is easy and user-friendly.

I wish I could use more than 3 sites at a time.

It allows me to post on multiple sites rather than posting one at a time so it is a huge time saver.

I’ve been using Hootsuite for the past few months to manage my work's social media posts, and I can confidently say it has transformed the way I approach our online presence. A few reasons I love it is the ease of use and simple scheduling. I like being able to see a monthly view of our posts. This has helped me maintain a consistent posting schedule, even during busy weeks.

I’ve been using Hootsuite for several months now, and I can honestly say I have nothing negative to report!

Hootsuite has allowed for me to schedule content further into the future with more ease of use than any other tool. I truly appreciate how easy it is to complete the integration process.

I do not have anything that I dislike about Hootsuite.

The ability to cross post content and easily repurposing posts with updated content.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes life so much easier, particularly when managing multiple brands. Really easy to implement and get the team up to speed with use - which we do pretty much everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some issues with scheduling every now and then and tagging on LinkedIn specifically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Hootsuite our process for managing the social media across a house of brands was really manual - as was reporting and monitoring - that's no longer the case.

There are not really any downsides to using Hootsuite, everything is very useful.
