Very User-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like best that Contentful is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it is sometimes has bugs; for example, copying a page sometimes doesn't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am updating different landing pages

Just try Contentful – it is very easy to use and understand.

I find contentful Apps very useful, I love custom fields

Moving data between environments, there's still room for improvement in that area, I don't think the CLI is doing a good job in making it easier to move data between environments

What do you like best about the product?
Nimbleness, Agile & the best part is SaaS, API Driven & evergrowing library of Extensions. For ex., we started our journey of Contentful in 2018, since then lot has been improved & Contentful has become more suitable for enterprises with improved scalability of API Calls etc.,
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, but probably they are missing the bells & whistles like Full multilevel User Management, Personalization integrations, etc.,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have migrated 100 plus brand websites which are informal brand digital presence, where we don't need big box CMS features & don't need to install ourselves & manage the infrastructure.

I like how easy the Admin portal is to navigate and delegate access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe an easier way to search for users.

It helps the organization be on the same page and work together through this application.
Intuitive interface and UX
What do you like best about the product?
The UX for contentful is very intuitive and makes it so much easier for users to create and manage the site content

There was no option to have HTML embed content

Helping to create a well managed site, the content model has helped in doing so

I enjoy Simple UI that gets the job done which contentful has. Offers extras like SSO

Having a single source of truth has been great for our developer team

What do you like best about the product?
We use the product for all our environments and it's a central repository for all our feature and needs. Very easy to work with and intuitive ineterface.

You can't just give access to one environment specifically like just qa access

Setting up content for the site and also content as per conditions

Solid SaaS with continuous improvements and expansion in functionality, which means that the product continues to evolve to meet current-day needs.

The tooling could be improved to support different platforms (right now it's quite web-technologies oriented).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving speed and efficiency of content delivery, unlocking personalized experiences, and speed to market for content-based experiences.
Smart application, but confusing.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface. It's smooth, and the options with which to filter are lovely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that there are a lot of different types of resources, like entries, assets, etc., and to a new user, this isn't very clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentful is much better than other CMS platforms, and creating internal apps to work with Contentful is does not involve too much work.
More user-friendly and collaborative than my old system!

Being able to schedule posting + immediate publishing

Can be hard to find the correct component I'm looking to edit
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to wait for a regular cadence to run scripts to publish new app creative. with Contentful, am able to publish immediately to serve urgent business needs
