ALMOST PERFECT - lacking A/B testing
What do you like best about the product?
Great UI, easy to set up, comprehensive features, fantastic API, great documentation
What do you dislike about the product?
A/B tests are critical. Buying a separate tool for this is a big disadvantage / gap. Hopefully, a native A/B framework is in the works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to define & publish custom data types and schedule those to go live. We've also used this to schedule thematic / branding changes during seasonal campaigns (ex: color, images, gradients, etc.)
Simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of creating different models for specific content sections and linking accordingly to content requirements
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if it is possible to duplicate content over different environments without the need to re-create finalised content in a staging environment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentful has helped in managing content publishing on the app, and scheduling of content provides different timezone
Clean user-friendly interface
What do you like best about the product?
Super clean and fast interface. Easy to build content types and content models. Fantastic community/free plan that helps get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
some internal search capabilities are a little clunky

Headless cms which allows easy content editing and addition, super fast website and improvements in Core VItals and Google rankings
Reliable headless CMS

The content models and UI are intuitive and easy to figure out
What do you dislike about the product?
No dedicated non-product spaces (staging, etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentful allows for us to have flexible models and nested models of content so we can spin up new content pages fast and without engineering support
Pretty solid product
What do you like best about the product?
Customization. You can create your own custom models and attributes. It will pretty much meet all your requirements out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there was a powerful WYSWYG editor that could be enabled by default/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved away from shopify and contentful helped us with all what's related to our content (pages / posts / pdps).
The intro to headless cms we needed
What do you like best about the product?
Getting custom content on our front-end. Pretty robust feature set.
What do you dislike about the product?
Developer required. Extensive knowledge needed to build out initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allos us to add tons of custom templated content to our front-end. Saves editing time.
Solid platform!
What do you like best about the product?
It has an intuitive user interface, quite possibly the easiest to use I have seen from a headless CMS. Engineers that are new to it seem to take to it quickly because of the comprehensive documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a bit high at the lowest non-free tier, especially for early stage companies that want the robustness of the platform but can't afford several hundred dollars per month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a flexible place to manage a diverse array of content - and easy ways of tagging, classifying, and cataloging it. It saves a lot of time when making changes on-the-fly.
Contentful allows for both a basic and super complex setup with relative ease.
What do you like best about the product?
Contentful as a CMS is pretty great, but the best feature was the ability to integrate into so many things easily. There's a plugin for Contentful everywhere we needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
When data gets stale, updating thousands of localized pieces of content can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentful let us localize and organize content.
