Connect between a technical person and customer success manager goes through mail chains, and the actual output to solve and do Root cause analysis sometimes has a delay. This could be improved

User Friendly including push notifications, email, in-app messages, and more, allowing businesses to reach their customers on the channels they prefer, also personalization engine helps businesses deliver personalized experiences to their customers based on their preferences, behavior, and past interactions, and Analytics: MoEngage provides real-time analytics and insights into campaign performance, user behavior, and more, enabling businesses to make data-driven decisions.

There are additional features to use, and The platform can be complex to set up and use, particularly for businesses with limited technical expertise.

Analytics and customer support are the two best things I can think about Moengage.

At times, I've faced some minor bugs while publishing the campaigns. Apart from that, I'm happy with Moengage services so far.

MoEngage is helping us to automate our marketing campaigns which help us to improve our engagement & retention rates of the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage brings us better analytics than it's competitors with data-oriented features, user-centric components, multiple design features and campaign customisation. The support team at MoEngage really did help us navigate through the challenges and difficulties faced during the transition. Not to mention, the onboarding session really helped our team to understand and resolve queries related to running a campaign on MoEngage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of business-specific features for ed-tech. Sometimes, we've to use the generic tools. But, at the same time, if we raise a ticket to bring a new feature or use case, they will help us sort things out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They've revealed the opportunities of RFM segments. This paved the way for creating a special treatment after understanding the behaviour of our users. Now we're capable of exploring our potential users. Also, we're giving much attention for the hibernating users.

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage allows us to create personalized campaigns for their customers based on their preferences, behavior, and past interactions. Also it enables multiple channels, including email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messages, and web push.
What do you dislike about the product?
MoEngage can be quite expensive. Its not best suited for entry-level products. Product learning is bit hard for a new person. But documentation will help you to master it.

Moengage allows us to create personalised campaigns in multiple channels like SMS, Push, Whatsapp, email. It also has automation tools we were able to create campaigns for our users that converts a lot

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage as a package is absolutely a must have tool for every retention marketer out there. Looking for a one stop solution for your App Marketing/Email Marketing/ API Integrations or even the MarTech solutions or any other retention strategy, name it they have it.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is literally nothing to dislike about MoEngage. The only aspect where an improvement can be done is on adding few more layers of real time analytics & dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They offer an end to end solution, right from App Marketing with Push Notifications that again has a bundle of other offerings like smart triggers/journeys & all along with numerous of those templates, A/B testing with a real time ML tool (Sherpa). API integrations to offer those marketing campaigns where real time data is required.
Tonnes of other aspects when it comes to Email Marketing or integrating any of the SMS/WhatsApp delivery platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
We have to get the data in real-time with the event setting in my application. Then we have to see data marketing performance, and if performance marketing is not good, we retargeted the customer again with a multiplatform marketing blast system.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have to update the data with API, just implementation data form js only; if the data is transactional, we have implemented it from the API backend, and the application can be compelling.

We have automatic blast campaign based on data customer behavior, and we can implemented campaign to customer online and offline
