What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, Intuitive design, Clean navigation - Makes it less convoluted.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics and reporting section can be better. There definitely can be a better easy to understand dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Journey Orchestration and communication. Nudge for offers and updates. Helped us achieve higher retention.

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage is its user-friendly and intuitive platform, which allows for personalized and targeted communication through push notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp. Additionally, customers appreciate MoEngage's excellent customer service and support, which is quick, professional, and courteous. MoEngage's segmentation feature, which enables businesses to target specific groups based on their behavior and preferences, is also highly valued.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure can be a bit complicated, with some features only available in higher-tier plans. Reporting and analytics features could be more robust, providing more detailed insights and visualizations. However, these are minor issues and do not seem to detract significantly from the overall positive experience that most customers have with MoEngage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage is solving several problems for businesses that need to communicate effectively with their customers across multiple channels. Firstly, MoEngage enables businesses to target the right audience by providing segmentation features that allow them to send personalized messages based on behavior, preferences, and location. This ensures that the right message is delivered to the right audience, increasing engagement and conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Advanced campaign management options, timezone scheduling, Campaign Analytics, reporting, funnels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of editing options post campaign execution, limitations w.r.t. custom connectors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage is helping us drive multi channel campaigns for CRM, and has helped us improve our delivery and Click Through rates across channels like Push Notifications, Email etc.

With more users on our platform each day, it becomes difficult to keep track of them and manage them. MoEngage has helped us solve this by increasing our CTR% on notifications an reaching out to selective customers via segmentations.

The platform has good features.
The support team & Account Manager is very cooperative and mostly have solutions to the problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
They record only two months' data, and for more, they charge.
Faced technical issues at the time of implementation.
