Automation Tool for All USER ENGAGEMENT Requirements

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to provide detailed analysis of user's activity on the app. In our case, it is basically to analyze what were the best watched videos, their duration, days/hourly split, which category, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a single thing that I think of that MoEngage doesn't have when it comes to user engagement. They have a Push Notification service, Email Automation service, and in-depth analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With MoEngage, we are keeping our users engaged in every part of their mobile app journey in such a way that users are able to make use of our app in the best possible way. Benefits that we have observed are 1) Users are making good use of the app. 2) We manually don't have to sit and do it. We can plan and schedule each and every aspect either with the help of a Flow, smart trigger, or general push notification.

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage platform is very flexible which enables us to reach to the user with pin pointed segments.
Push Templates help you to sit differentiated when users are getting so many notifications.
Also, customization suited to your industry helps in ease of operations.
Support is awesome and always ready to help your business cases and this really makes the difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
On rare occasions, service was down but were up quickly within couple of hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the key benefit is their pushamp+ features which has helped deliveriesb go up by 100% on chinese devices where due to battery optimization push delivery is very bad otherwise.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They have all the features you need and on top of that inexpensive compared to others. They always help to customise the platform to solve your use cases.

Analytic tools across platforms and atttributes.

Lack of campaign variations for on site messaging as well as pre-made template for FLOW journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Retargeting lost leads by identifying drop off funnel within the user journey. Moengage allow me to A/B testing the most ideal approach to retarget and segment each respective target audience

All in one SaaS service with a rockstar account management support. Great website analytics with detailed attributions analysis.

We are able to see when the users drop off, and can engage them.
So we can drive more activation or re-activation behaviors for the users

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage is a powerful tool to manage your company's growth by understanding more about your customer journey and how they interacted with our app. It has a very user-friendly dashboard; where you can see all the key metrics, your topline, as well as all the current & scheduled campaigns. MoEngage also has predictive segments (RFM), where you can see the current users' behavior within the app and engage with those users. This powerful tool provides additional information on our user's segments; who are our loyal users and how many are about to churn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding MoEngage for the first time was a bit of a challenging times especially for us who have never used this tool previously. This can be improved by providing all the needed information prior to integration ahead of time, as this integration involves not only Marketing but also other respective teams (Product, Growth, Tech).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Campaigns attribution and user segmentation
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a tool to help you manage & run multiple campaigns for multiple platforms, MoEngage is your answer. It has all the features you need to run Push Notifications, Emails, In-App, even SMS/WhatsApp! Make sure to prepare everything prior to integration to onboard MoEngage. Once you're well adapted to this platform, running segmented campaigns are easy. You can even create multiple campaigns for multiple platforms at the same time. Modifying campaigns are also easy; just duplicate, edit, adjust, and publish it. The dashboard and analytics are very user-friendly, with easy to digest analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use dashboards to deploy the campaigns and fetch the reports which makes it user friendly.
The dedicated account managers are more like an internal team members than just another account manager.

There are certain glitches at times but that's there in every platform. The good thing is they take feedback and improve with the same energy. And their upgrades make sure that they disappear

What do you like best about the product?
Coordination and helping nature. If things are on priority, they do understand the urgency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suggest that if anything has been accidentally added in the user attributes, the platform should have the capability to remove those by some checks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to use one single platform to leverage out the functionalities provided at the best. Example a large user base can be target using this single platform.

It's a good platform to send out communications/nudges to the large user base.
