MoEngage is one of the best CRM tools out there
What do you like best about the product?
I like the advanced analytics capabilities of MoEngage along with RFM Segments feature

The cost of add-ons and additional features is expensive

The innovation which MoEngage brings with monthly updates and new product features is what I like about MoEngage

Sometimes the pricing is on the higher side specially for the upgrades

Campaigns with Moengage is Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
Since the integration from the backend is enable, it is wasy to send campaigns using milestones. Exporting and Importing is easy and helps me send campaign fast and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Earlier the support team was slow but now its fine. Sometime the dashboard is too slow and campaigns doesn't run in real time.

Push with different versions using AI.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to grasp for a newbie. When I joined my curent organisation, I learned MoEngage's interface in less than a week, which greatly enhanced my work adaptability in new organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
My current organisation is active user MoEngage since a long period of time but whenever we face any issue we have to wait for support from moengage team

Moengage is one platform for all type of marketing campaigns so we donot have to switch to several other platforms

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage is great since it makes it easier for me to understand customers. It does an excellent job of gathering all the data I have and producing insightful analysis then i can utilise those insights to craft experiences that each user feels unique about.
It's quite convenient to be able to categorise customers according to their preferences and behaviour with that i can design ads campaigns that effectively target each demographic.
Overall MoEngage is a useful tool for any marketer looking to create a sense of specialness and loyalty in their clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
Despite the fact that MoEngage is designed to provide campaign optimisation and AI-driven insights.
I've discovered that the AI falls short of expectations. It should use more accuracy and customisation upgrades to really live up to its claims.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage is really stepping up to take on the issues of digital marketing. It functions similarly to a complete solution for organising campaigns, tracking performance, and engaging customers. It is simple to maintain consistent brand experience across all platforms when we have all these resources in one location. Also the data analysis is excellent and provides me with useful insights into what customer wants.

What do you like best about the product?
Moenagage provides in-depth analytics on user's behaviour in the app which helps us improve our campaigns & our product overall. For eg: Using Behaviour & funnel analytics on Moengage, we were able to identify that our clients prefer to analyse a stock before placing their orders, which made us change our order placement journey from direct redirection to now routing the user via the company analysis(Quotes) page.
Moengage also allows hyper-personalisation by use of various user attributes which enhances the customer's experience on the app.
Also the customer support is usually pretty quick at helping us with our issues/queries.

The AI tools being provided do not seem to be well trained yet, and sometimes throw random responses, this could be improved.
There are issues related to certain channels like In-app which is an important channel for us.

- There are a lot of issues related to In-App campaigns which needs to resolved at product level on priority as it is the most useful channel for my business.
