What do you like best about the product?
Email Protection has a great GUI and is very easy for the team to learn and pick up on in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike right now as I have used PP in the past and now we are a current customer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We receoved a lot of spam and impersonation attacks. Spam has been cut down by 90% and impersonation attacks are down by 98%. We needed to free up our SOC from handling spam for 6 plus hours a day.
The product is great! Much better than what we had in the past

I like how fast all the functions pn the platform work!

I wish I could customize a few things on the plaform.

The number of threat emails coming into the enviornment has been greatly reduced

There are many login to different console, Proofpoint need to consolidate the console.

We were getting spam before implementing Proofpoint, it is now catching and prevent user from clicking on phishing email.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that they are incorporating AI and the product is easy to learn.

None so far. All my questions have been answered and gave me ideas to incorporate it in the next projects.

It helps our end users gain more knowledge about security within and outside our organization.
Great platform that is easy to understand and learn

Over the years of using Proofpoint I have found that the platform is very effective and the custom rules are very easy to understand

Some of the rules requre the use of Regx which can be combersom to learn and use

The primary use for me is for DLP and this platform has been vary helpful to set protect data from leaving the company

What do you like best about the product?
Helps protect our credit union from all types of email threats. It can auto-pull e-mails that pass initial inspection and are further analyzed and detemined a threat. Also love the added protection for very attacked users.

Nothing, they are always ever changing and innovating.

A new frontier when it comes to Email Security.
What do you like best about the product?
The product has a number of integrations with it's entire platform. The product also has a number of different reporting mechanisms on the integrations that it has. From Threat Actors, to Reporting, to useability. The platform is a one stop shop for Analyst, Engineers, Architects, and CISOs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming at first, but tuned and maintained can be a reat asset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The proofpoint Email Security Protection platform has maintained 5, 9's of uptime when it comes to phishing and reducing malware. An amazing platform where I can create it's APIs, use automation, and save myself time as an individual contributer. Overall reducing the attack surface and reducing the risk to my organization are key's to me keeping the product.

It is easy to set up and configure. When I need help proofpoint is always willing to get on a call and work with use

The only downside is sometime the secure send emails can take upto 5 mintues to be aviable.
