Best tool for Email security
What do you like best about the product?
Its been a 4 month we're getting phining email on the name of our MD, weekly we received around 4 to 5 emails, but since we have implemented in ProofPoint Email Security, we are not getting any phishing emails or any spam email, ProofPoint helps us to diagnose and analyze all the email and block to enter the network and help us in details, and generate the report
What do you dislike about the product?
It is too fast to say as we have started using Email security few months back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Big problem is the Phishing email which was coming to frequently and due to that many users were facing issue, that stops and we can analyise more preciously after installing.

What do you like best about the product?
quick action on anything coming in, scanning is brilliantly fast. It catches more than ms, and works in hand with trap.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not to much actually. Sometimes but few, issues with admin console.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reactive checking if found in other businesses to notify us. Automated response helps as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Proofpoint protection has given us the ability to get an immense visualization into our email traffic. We have been able to see just how many emails get blocked for us, as well as easily create rules and policies to allow emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Proofpoint Protection was a bit of a tough learn, as you can easily be engulfed in the many menus and tabs within the software. Once you master the software, you will have no issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Proofpoint Protection, we are now able to allow our users to encrypt their sensitive emails leaving the company walls, as well as catch spam and phishing emails with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
Constantly adding new features, helping make sure we are using the features we own to the fullest extent without trying to continually sell us new things. Provides exceptional people-centric protection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Management dashboards between features can be fragmented. The solution is very robust which can increase implementation time (working with their amazing professional services is a must).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As with any organization, we have a vast amount of spam, malware and phishing email being sent to us. While we take efforts to train our users to delete unknown email, having proofpoint at the front door ensures we maintain our security regardless of how our users interact with messages.
Proofpoint is great for email security and SMTP.
What do you like best about the product?
Simplification of setting up and managing SPF/DKIM/etc. The MTA is also reliable and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into any issues with the product to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofpoint functions as our email gateway and manages our DNS-related email security settings.
Robust and powerful Email firewall and monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
UI, and Ease of use. This application (the new GUI) allows for easy flow for operations inside the portal. It is easy to block, allowlist, set policies and modify them.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue with Proofpoint is when using the old ui, it can take extra clicks to get where you need to go. However, once familiar, the 'flow' is easy to navigate and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to block unwanted emails from unknown or untrusted domains, we can rely on the email filtering we have in place for any external *trusted* vendors. When we get an email, we can lean on trust that its passed through the file wall and has been deemed safe.
Love it! Once configured it has worked great

It just works so well; it continues to protect our end users from a mind-numbing amount of spam and other malicious garbage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface on the admin side can be a little daunting to those unfamiliar with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filtering all inbound and outbound emails for spam or malicious behavior. It provides better peace of mind.
ProofPoint excellent choice in email security
What do you like best about the product?
Proofpoint is exceptional at email security. It is straightforward to use and administrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The multiple add ons that are additional costs that are available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofpoint services are exceptionally better than the built-in Microsoft ATP. We have Microsoft E5 which has ATP included, but we still use Proofpoint for our email security
Very Happy with Proofpoint's Suite of Products
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many tools to ensure our emails come in safely to the company, between EFD, TAP and TRAP.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there are so many tools it takes some time to learn it all but they have terrific support that keep us covered as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have custom-tailored rules regarding spoofing, spam detection and rules for filtering the emails as they're received.
Vendor Support is Outstanding!
What do you like best about the product?
Their support! Their support team is always willing to hop on a call and talk through issues when we have questions about our environment, and talk through the issues and configurations with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
GraphAPI Changes - they are currently in process of fixing the issues proofpoint is experiencing with the changes microsoft is making to their environments. Not fully on Proofpoint - we all know how Microsoft is with Azure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our end users secure - even when they try not to be. Proofpoint alerts us even when someone clicks something they shouldn't have so our IR team can follow up and remediate as necessary.
