Proofpoint Email Security and Protection for Healthcare
What do you like best about the product?
Our internal team likes the automation that Proofpoint brings with their systems. Automation allows system admins to work on other projects knowing that our email system is currently being reviewed continuously.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to most security solutions is the learning curve to ensure the system performs at its peak. Proofpoint resolves this by providing training and system audits by their engineers to provide that knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofpoint's Email Security and Protection are providing our healthcare organization peace of mind by reducing spam, malware threats and SOC functions we don't have internally.
Confident the company and technology deeply secures and protects beyond our expectations.
What do you like best about the product?
Retrospective alerting, analytics, rule sets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The manner URL rewrites get in the way of mobile device usability, especially when trying to join a web meeting quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fronting our mail, both inbound and outbound, isolating us, pruning the load so less to deal with at the company.

What do you like best about the product?
Proofpoint is easy to set up. Their professional services group is outstanding in their knowledge of the products and best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The secure email password reset options could be better and more flexible. It is not easy to transfer from the old setup to the new setup for viewing secure emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is handling our DLP and encrypted email requirements while giving us the flexablity to manager the rules as we see fit and increase our business performance.
Great using the product, especially around integration, scalability, and ease of deployment.

I did not detect any downsides, truly enjoyed using the product.

Detecting suspicious emails and dealing with them before users click on malicious links.
Industry leading email security
What do you like best about the product?
The easy-to-use interface along with the detailed data provided for email security. The product is very mature and covers all aspects of security, triage, and incident response.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest problem is lack of good integration between different proofpoint products (Email Security, TAP, TRAP). The ability to pivot from one product to another while analyzing the same threat would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phishing is the biggest threat to coporations worldwide and Proofpoint offers a smart sophisticated and complete solution to tackle phishing attempts, spam emails, and fraudulent activities.

What do you like best about the product?
ProofPoint does a great job of providing email filtering. I have used ProofPoint for over 5 years. They have integrated solutions to enhance cyber awareness to protect companies from phishing.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to offer a single pane of management. Currently, if you want to manage security training, it is in a different management interface then managing email protection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Over 65% of all email received is junk mail, phishing attempts or just plain SPAM, ProofPoint provides a tool to filter out the bad email. They also utilize a cyber training platform to provide phishing simulations and cyber training.

What do you like best about the product?
overall no complaints. experience has been good and would recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
costs are a bit high but for the service provided its great.

I like that it is simple to use, effective and alerts are quick so that we can respond to any issues in our system.

UI is a little dated that is my biggest complaint, Maybe a better menu system and updated looks.

We used to get a lot of spoofing emails many, phishing attempts and malicious URLs. We had a breech and now have ramped up our security and tuned Proofpoint to help us identify threats
Best Support Ever!
What do you like best about the product?
I think the support organization is probably the best in the world. This should touted more - they are too humble.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found anything - they are constantly innovating!

Reducing vulnerabilities, and exposure to risk at the enterprise level
Top tier email security for a layered approach with Microsoft.

The way they integrate TRAP/TAP/Smart Search for security professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email retentions to be able to investigate past 30 days with those tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal mail defense and using TRAP to pull malicious emails.
