What do you like best about the product?
The product is easy to use and very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Different sites for their modules. But don't worry they are working on consolidating them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to block a lot of junk that our old service missed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please take advantage of the Technical Account Manager. They are well worth the money. They make sure that your configuration is up to date, keep track of any updates, and track your support tickets. I recommend using TRAP it is an amazing tool that takes away some of your management tasks.

Sometimes bad actors don't weaponize their emails until you click on a link or perform some other action. When it is realized to be bad TRAP removes the email from the original users email and anyone else's email that may have received it.

Best Email Security and Protection a business can buy!

What do you like best about the product?
What I love the most about this is how much protection, notification and reporting you can receive, as well as the interaction between the email users and how they can properly manage there inboxes. Remapping of URL with in the body of the email is a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cloud instance seems a little slow when first login into it, but once your in its fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to quarantine and mark potential threats, span and malware. As well as receive notification on possible threats, when the users click potential dangerous or non-legitimate url links.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It does the job and does it well !

What do you like best about the product?
Proofpoint truly brings smart analytics to email hygiene. They help you understand what is attacking you, and often why as well, rather than just stopping malicious activity and calling it a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being an on-prem customer has started to feel like being a second-class citizen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to maintain secure partnerships within the medical and financial industries while keeping out unwanted entities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start with Proofpoint On Demand rather than on-prem; features are coming to the POD service at least a year or two ahead of when they reach in-house appliances.

ProofPoint Email Security - Great

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the simplicity to get Proofpoint working at all, but I enjoy how complex and robust you can make it. I also believe that the product works just as advertised and we are getting great coverage as soon as it was/is implemented. The support we have received when we have encountered a False Positive and False Negative has also been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the user GUI could be improved in look/design. Also, supporting Office 365/GCC High would be a big plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our spam problems throughout the company as well as stopping/protecting users from malicious links and attachments.

Solid product to protect your assets

What do you like best about the product?
No product is perfect, but Proofpoint comes pretty close. With their TRAP mitigation tools, even threats that may pass through are removed, and usually within seconds!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much in this product that the GUI can become overwhelming. It just takes a little time to get used to all the features provided in Proofpoint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, we've spent more time than we wanted to on email security. With Proofpoint, you get it configured how you want it, then it pretty much runs itself. There is little administration time spent in the product each day so we have time to focus on other things.

What do you like best about the product?
It minimize the effort in a small IT shop to investigate every suspicious email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports do not show trends from 1 month to the next. However, product working as intended use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Executive phishing emails. Helpdesk can prioritize other issues

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the roadmap presentation, new features, and functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's getting a bit crowded. I wish it was more spacious.

Protecting our VIP and VAP end-users from malicious URL's and attachments.

What do you like best about the product?
Email filter is amazing, we have added value to the process and are able to report on it as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
it can take you sometime to find your way around it but after that used to the console
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are filtering threats we were not aware with our old email filtering system. If you decide to go to Proofpoint, make sure you get license for TAP. If you don't have an awareness program, they can help you on that as well. There is another product called Clear that will help you in quarantine email that were already delivered to your mailbox. We have seen cases that we have an email delivered early morning with an URL that has no malicious payload. Close to 8 AM the page content changes to something Malicious, Clear and URL Defense will be able to yo protect you in cases like that

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting is simple. The dashboards are nice and the ability to create rules is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The logging is not always showing accurate information at the time we need it. Logging can be confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of SPAM and Phishing attempts. Proofpoint allows us to catch and report on some items that were being missed by our previous vendor.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Search option of the Proofpoint. Apart from I like email security, Manage inbounds and outbounds email, Manage alias and many more features I like.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of not sure, what is a dislike for this amazing email security product, however sometimes it would be slow for synching from LDAP server while changes made in the Exchange server.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently I was solved "User mail id or aliases not synchronized automatically as well as manually by import auth profiles".
I much apprised to the technical team who has fixed this issue very soon.
