Great email security, lots of layers of protection and analysis.

I like the security it offers through all its layers of protection. It reduces our risk exponentially.

In Spanish I’m not sure how effective it is at detecting.

It is reducing our risks and unwanted or malicious emails.

The anti phishing and anti malware capabilities are beyond what our previous solution was capable of.

The features in the FedRAMP offering, while one of the few email security products in the market, lags behind Proofpoint's commerical product.

Email security. Protecting against spam and phasing attempts.
Powerful and Useful product to protect your end users
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of Spam and Phishing that gets trapped is amazing. The Spam filter is so good that most of our user started to report that they were not getting any spam in there spam folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The old Admin system was a little clunky to figure out with training but the support team as well as new admin portal has made up for that and if far better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduced the amount of time our SOC has to investigate Phishing or Spam emails and the time it take to do email pull-backs, we don't have to pull back emails that never make it to the end users and shouldn't make it to the users.

Proof points email security has allows us greater visibility into malicious emails and the TAP protection helps us notify users of malicious intent.

The old console UI was slow but that has been resolved in the new version.

Solving the risks of targeted email attacks.

The complexity of the tool is overwhelming.

Proofpoint can be costly, complex to configure, occasionally overblocks emails, and may impact email delivery speed.

The dashboard and ease of use when searching for emails and releasing quarantined emails.

End-users not being able to to add to their blocked senders list if a wild card exsist.
