TAP is very helpful, easy to use once you learn

A small learning curve, but once you get it it's good.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best the "ease of access" and how I can quickly navigate between multiple portals to gather neccessary information to remediate any active incident.

Furthemore upkeep of the applications are not intrusive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful item about Proofpoint is the lack of communication during a service outage or other issue that affects email delivery. Most time we are not aware unless we are physically checking the support site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Legal firms must handle alot of "non-business" emails such as gmail, outlook, etc. Proofpoint email security allows the firm to continue business without large security risks. Furthermore, in the event of a business compromise items such as browser isolation will allow us to conitnue business without infecting our network.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it categorises every quarentined email that comes through, so you can make an informed decsion if a user would like an email releasing. Also that it takes out a lot of the Spam messages, so it never gets to the user's inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some email since implementation have still made it through to user which have been malicious. Only was removed once the user had clicked the link and compromised their account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stopping more senior members of the company getting targetting with malicous emails as they are the most targeted.

Great experience with Proofpoint

What do you like best about the product?
Secure and flexible. Easily adjustable with the settings
What do you dislike about the product?
Raising tickets can take some time unless if it's an urgent request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We receive over million emails per month and after filtering process, it is between 250 to 300 thousand emails that land into our inbox.
Thanks to Proofpoint we have manageable systems to deal with malicious and suspcious emails e.g. Phishing button which is also connected to threat response, where we involve some human interactions. Using DMARC alignment, Anti SPAM emails, etc helps us battle against malicious and suspicious emails.

What do you like best about the product?
As a user the simplicyty of using the product is great, i undertand the vulnerabilitys and sign to avoid a beach, the training is up to date and simple to understand
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user of Proofpoint email security there is very little that I dislike about using the product the only thing that I am not completely happy with is the overall cost. I think that the price point could be more competitive for the SME market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The email solutions including the security awareness training keep evryone in my company aware of the dangers of email and how to detect them and avoid them

What do you like best about the product?
Strong security performance.
Great customer services team.
Excellent product support.
Granular configuration available when compared to previous vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are multiple platforms to login to.
The cloud hosted platform is very outdated visually, although improvements are being made.
It's hard to stay aware of the product base due to the use of many acronyms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reascting swiftly to new threats and making additional configuration available.
Misconfigurations addressed in review meetings.
