Good product for Email security
What do you like best about the product?
The easy of use, the control provided over the email management and montoring of the email. The ease of integration.

Could enhance deepfake functionality within the product

Secure and flexible. Easily adjustable with the settings

Raising tickets can take some time unless if it's an urgent request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We receive over million emails per month and after filtering process, it is between 250 to 300 thousand emails that land into our inbox.
Thanks to Proofpoint we have manageable systems to deal with malicious and suspcious emails e.g. Phishing button which is also connected to threat response, where we involve some human interactions. Using DMARC alignment, Anti SPAM emails, etc helps us battle against malicious and suspicious emails.

Proofpoint Powerful Simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
As a user the simplicyty of using the product is great, i undertand the vulnerabilitys and sign to avoid a beach, the training is up to date and simple to understand
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user of Proofpoint email security there is very little that I dislike about using the product the only thing that I am not completely happy with is the overall cost. I think that the price point could be more competitive for the SME market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The email solutions including the security awareness training keep evryone in my company aware of the dangers of email and how to detect them and avoid them

The cloud hosted platform is very outdated visually, although improvements are being made.
It's hard to stay aware of the product base due to the use of many acronyms.

What do you like best about the product?
TAP Dashboard and insights are really detailed. The Health check feature allows us to drive our email security strategy in the right direction. Along with this, the regular check ins with the support team and the QBRs helps us dig deeper into the threats we are facing

Nothing that I have specifically come across.

Its the main email protection gateway service providing anti spam and phishing protection.
