Getting alerts for things that 1st line might have missed and constant comms from PP team with news and threats.

Legacy deployments are a bit clunky if not maintained, go cloud if possible.
Internal alerting from PP sometimes causes false positives and creates quite a bit of work

Phishing and malware emails rarely come through and even when missed at first glance, PP notifies us of potential clicks, account takeover etc

The ease of use of the product helped to ensure the implementation worked to enable us to gain protection at a higer rate. This product is highly used throughout our org ensabling us to gain a greater defense posture and ensuring we have up to date intelligence.

Only having the ID in the TAP platform. It would be great to have more context data.

It has enabled us to ensure our environment and users have the protection they need and the ability to scale.

TRAP/Clear allows for remediation of threats post delivery which given the dynamic landscape of threats is a significantly useful feature.

Too many URLs, sometimes feels disjointed vs competitors, however this has been address with a pending UI release in 2025, can't wait.

Reduction in phishing deliveries pre delivery, and remediates threats that have slipped through post delivery.
