Industry leading product and excellent support, tricky to optimise
What do you like best about the product?
Industry leading, with excellent filtering, spam protection, phishing protection. Next generation threat management and email analysis and multi layered protection. Relatively straightforward to integrate, with good integrations available (almost) out of the box

It can be challenging to optimise, and there have been issues with false positives and misdirected emails

Phishing and malware emails rarely come through and even when missed at first glance, PP notifies us of potential clicks, account takeover etc
