I love Asana for project management!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly it is and all the different templates make it so easy to use it for a variety of ways!
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing. I genuinely think it is a great program. I would love to see more templates though!

I like how easy it is to organise my tasks and projects and assign completion dates, as well as collaborating with colleagues is easy.
moving from a company that used trello as its project management tool, this has been easy to adapt to. implementing it across my projects has been great and helpful.
It is also integrated into slack, which is great.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana enhances our transparency, accountability and teamwork. We seamlessly integrated it into our workflow. Our team quickly learned how easy it is to use and are using it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a downside to Asana yet...and don't expect to find one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has helped us integrate automated workflows into our routine tasks. It is allowing teams to collaborate in ways they were unable to prior to using Asana. It is allowing our teams to track their work and providing greater transparency and accountability.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Asana is its ability to bring structure and clarity to complex, multi-team projects. As a company operating across several business units, Asana gives us a unified platform where we can assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress in real time. The timeline and calendar views are especially helpful for maintaining visibility on key deliverables and deadlines. It also encourages accountability and transparency within the team, which has improved our overall execution and follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Asana is excellent for task and project management, there are a few areas where it could improve. The reporting and analytics features are relatively basic—especially from a CFO’s perspective, where deeper insights into resource allocation, time tracking, and cost efficiency would be highly valuable.

Before implementing Asana, we faced challenges in project visibility, missed deadlines, and siloed communication across departments. Asana has helped us solve these issues by centralizing all tasks and timelines in one collaborative workspace. This has significantly improved alignment between our teams, reduced delays, and increased accountability across the board.

Asana is a tool I use personally and professionally to manage all the work I'm responsible for.
What do you like best about the product?
The API access and advanced interface functionality really opens up the door for me, as I have a very strong technology background. I'm able to build more into workflows and extend to meet my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many. The Asana community takes feedback very well, so when there is something, there is often attention given to resolving it. If I had to nitpick I would say that the search could evolve a bit more.

Giving my team and I one place to do work.
Excellent project management app that can be used for all kinds of projects
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is a free version to try out and that it has a very user-friendly interface. It helps me to think and organise my work better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't use the free version if i'm not working as a team and have to pay for more than 2 seats if I want to use more functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have too many tasks and too many projects. It is hard to organise quickly with handwritten notes anymore. Asana helps me to organise my tasks very quickly.
Great option for collaboration, load management and task organization

Collaboration on project. Saves meeting time and encourages communication.

Can only assign one person to a task. But can create subtasks to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clearer communication in a space that forces you to have things written down. Lessens the gaps in communication.
Asana was literally life changing for us!

I think flexibility and collaborative nature of the app.

i think i would like to suggest a feature called COPY RULE. Its little annoying to set custom rules from scratch again n again.

its basically bringing the complete organisations work in one place which is truly so convenient.
Re-imagining how we work
What do you like best about the product?
When I started at my new company, I found that the way we were underutilizing Asana. After doing trainings through Asana academy and learning how to optimize our usage, I was able to bring real use cases and examples of what our future on the platform can look like. I was quickly tapped as an administrator and able to begin the process of implementing new systems and usage. This has quickly been picked up and we now have a whole change management team, working on integrating our users, eliminating siloed information, and connecting our work both inside and outside of Asana with a number of app integrations. We are on the cusp of having an almost automated system that allows us to focus on the work that matters to us. Asana is quickly becoming THE comprehensive work tool for a number of our users, instead of one of many.
The thing I love most about Asana is truly how much this is helping all of us accomplish our work without worrying about information being lost and how easy it is to get everyone up to speed. It is so incredibly important now with how much of our work lives there now.

I think that it's very easy to overlook all of the tools and abilities of Asana unless you look for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to consolidate our tool stacks across various teams, increase productivity with integrations, and to use Asana's words: "have a single source of truth" without our previous siloed information.
