Best Task Management system
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Asana is the combination of list view and workflow view—it makes it so easy for me to visualize and organize tasks. I really appreciate the efficiency and consistency that task templates bring, especially with all the customization options that let me tailor them to exactly what I need. I love how seamless collaboration is with my team, and the integration with Google Docs is a huge plus—it keeps everything connected and in one place. I also love how easily we can connect Slack, which helps keep communication flowing without missing a beat. Asana allows me to save time, clearly delegate tasks, and see exactly what my staff are completing. I also love how I can plan ahead and trust that Asana will remind me when something is due—it keeps me on track without having to keep everything in my head. And the recurring task feature is a total game-changer—it helps me stay consistent with daily, weekly, and monthly routines without having to reset them each time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things I don’t love about Asana. Sometimes the rules break or don’t run the way they’re supposed to, which can throw things off. I’ve also noticed that recurring tasks will occasionally duplicate, which adds unnecessary clutter. Another frustration is how links won’t display with their original title—it's a small thing, but it makes organizing and referencing info less clean and intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me stay organized, save time, and keep my team aligned. It solves the problem of scattered tasks by giving me clear views, easy delegation, and reminders for deadlines. Task templates, recurring tasks, and integrations with tools like Google Docs and Slack make everything more efficient. Overall, it keeps things running smoothly so I can focus on the big picture.

Asana enhances the workflow within a team greatly by giving your team one central spot to find all tasks that need to be completed, reviewed, or altered.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice for there to be a more efficient, compact, and organized photo gallery attatched to a task for when you need to attatch multiple images.

Asana helps keep me and my coworker all on the same page when it comes to tasks.

Solid system for work
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and helps with collaboration with my colleagues

Nothing major, although I'd like a built in messaging service

It helps me get an editor for my work fast and allows me to see available projects to take easily.

I love how Asana keeps me on track and on task with priorities at my company. It's user intuitive and very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a thing - Asana is extremely easy to use and that's coming from someone who had never previously used a task or project management system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving the problem of keeping up with the various tasks that go into a big project. It does the management work for me!
Great tool for team collaboration and task management
What do you like best about the product?
Its user-friendly interface and powerful task management features allow our team to stay organized and track progress effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may take a little time for new user to get used to the full functionality but our team members learn it eventually.

Asana helps solve the problem of disorganized task management and team communication. our team is able to stay on top of deadlines, prioritize important tasks, and collaborate more effectively.
The only tool that works for scheduling my time
What do you like best about the product?
The Board view and due date features keep my tasks and projects on track. Communicating with my VA right on our project collaborations in the comments saves so much time and makes it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the cards in Board view (or even in List view) could be more visibly color-coded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me a way to assign tasks to my VA, track project progress/status, and review completed tasks...................................................................
Never been more organized!
What do you like best about the product?
Love how I can use it to keep track of progress for multiple teams / projects. The software has kept our small team + multiple contractors moving constantly forward. Love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love more actions to classify task closure such as cancel or postponed. Would also like to easily see completed dates, no matter what view I'm using.

Asana - an essential tool for a virtual team
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is essential to our team collaboration during things like end of month reports and ongoing projects that allow multiple virtual based team members to work together in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana does not integrate to a lot of our specific work applications so looking forward to growth in that area. Otherwise I greatly enjoy the platform and use it daily.

Virtual team collaboration and commitments to ensure completion and ownership of tasks.
Asana is great to manage workflows in day to day operations
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very good for multi tasking and it has so many tools that help to create and handle complex projects. Its very easy to use and can be integrated with multiple tools and implemented for complex projects.And we've been using Asana to track everyday tasks.The customer support is very efficient and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to understand at the very start and can get a bit intimidating and would want all my final approved files in one place so its easier for peers to navigate once the update is done from my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving our cross collaboration efforts which used to get lost via multiple email threads, teams messages by having everything managed in single system. It helps to centralize process in the project and keep all files organized at one place.
