It is very organized and easy to use. Multiple views and tools to use.

It allows for any size project and very easy without taking time to set up

What do you like best about the product?
The Asana tool simplifies project management with its user friendly collaboration features, allowing teams to easily track progess and deadlines. Enhanced automation & integration capabilites further streamline workflows, making it an essential resourse for improving efficiency & achieving project goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the new Asana tool shows great portential for enhancing project management, its recent implemantation may require some adjustments as teams adapt to its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana will improve my project management by providing clear visibility into tasks and deadlines, helping me stay organized and focused
Best collaboration tool worldwide
What do you like best about the product?
The structure of the projects, tasks and teams is phänomenal. Especially the subtasks helps us a lot!
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is one of highest on the market.

Collaborating and communication with each other to check the current status quo.
I would not be able to be as organized with out Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me manage multiple projects and stay on top of all my deadlines. I like that I can have a single task on multiple boards. It helps me organize my work, show my priorities to my manager, and create dashboards for the executive team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more customizations for creating rules within Asana. Asana is a super powerful tool, and I believe if it were easier and more flexible to make custom rules, this would be amazing.

Managing multiple projects
A great software for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I love how well Asana can integrate daily tasks as well as offer an overview of bigger projects as well as team and company-wide goals. It's great with automation features that allow you to track goals in multiple ways and it offers a user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes can have little hickups. I had some personal projects disappear from Asana without ever finding out where they went or who deleted them (you usually get a notification about things like deleted projects). Other than that 9 times out of 10 worked great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love having all my tasks from all my projects in different colors so I can have an overview of what is taking up most of my time each week. I love that I can connect tasks to goals (OKRs) and these can be tracked automatically based on tasks i complete.
Project Management for all Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it easy for multiple teams to stay up-to-date on complex and evolving projects. I work in Asana daily and use it in a very different way than other teams within my company but it is still helpful for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to find specific tasks depending on the custom tags assigned to them. I work in the software development space and this is a very common complaint within our development team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows for different mediums to be brought together in one space so you don't have to spend time digging through your inbox or Google Drive.

Asana's the BEST!
What do you like best about the product?
I've used pretty much ALL the similar options for managing work, and Asana is the perfect balance of powerful tool + user-friendly. I selected Asana for a role at a new company this year because I knew it needed to be easy to jump in, and everyone has been able to jump right in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it was more visual. (I feel like it had board options in the past that allowed for arraying graphics and other visuals...?)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it easier to hand things off among team members when there's a process involved. Automatically handing things off to the next person in the sequence with rules is fantastic. Plus, the simple act of setting up workflows makes you really think about how to get to the desired outcome most effectively and efficiently.

I love ASANA
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that one can have an overview of all the tasks to be completed on the "My Tasks" tab. I like the fact that I can have views in table, calendar, and all of this in the free version.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like the least is the way I have to navigate from one task to another. That I have to click on the parent task link to return to it. But maybe I just don't have the tool well in hand yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to use Trello, but I missed that global view. I also like the fact that a task can go with multiple projects.
