Best in task and project management
What do you like best about the product?
Task and project management is awesome here. Easy to use and implement and integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Should lower the plan prices or include some more feature in the lower plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Number of tasks pending and progress of them, also the ease of assigning them
It is very user friendly, I have personally made use of it at work

It is helping me keep a track of pending task and also make me manage my time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it helps me gain more visibility into my tasks. I use it daily and have integrated it with Google, making it better and easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
No time-specific task allocation and also it would be better if a specific hours can be allocated to a task rather than days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to manage all my tasks using excel and sticky notes and using Asana it has been simple to create a marketing calendar for all my tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Team work is so much easier. The rules, personalized process, fields, and tabs makes it a perfect place to elaborate a projet for my teams. It is our main plateform, we use it every day, Many integrations are available.

What do you like best about the product?
The quick set up and ease of use was a game changer! I used it to launch a fundraiser plan for a school program and although it was the entire team's first time in the program—everyone followed along quickly once I set up the plan!

I wasn't able to set up different goals for departments or projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana gives our learning and development department the tools needed to track incoming projects and manage everything we do from within the tool. With automation and rules, we automatically take in new projects and assign them to the respective department developer. Asana is a game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has a moderate-level learning curve. If you have intermediate to advanced skills in project managment, you will be able to pick it up quickly. It takes dedication, planning and study to be successful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run our projects from cradle to grave in Asana and integrate Asana with Teams and Outlook. Asana manages everything for us and it's easy to track projects.
Wonderful tool for managing small and large-scale projects!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana gives you the flexibility to manage small or larger projects. The organization and visibility into project timelines helps keep my entire team on track. Also, the fact that so much is automated helps save time so we can focus on other tasks that drive impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have more of the automated features, like templates, available on the starter version. Or have the ability to add certain featues to your plan.

We love the structure that Asana uses for managing multiple internal projects and client projects. It is super simple to get started with and onboarding new team members is easy.

For all the features you need to effectively manage your team require the Advanced plan which can become expensive for some companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us efficiently manage all of our clients and team members in one place. We are able to track the progress of individual projects which saves us time in waiting for people to communicate certain information. We are also able to keep communication about one specific task in one place making it easy to look back on. From a management stand point, we are able to onboard new clients clients much faster since our team already have all their tasks assigned through the templates.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is one of the best productivity tool to manage your multiple projects/businesses. Through Asana I can setup my different projects and setup tasks, calenders and many more!! and through the dashboard I can get a consolidated view of my takes that I need to do! The best part is the 30 days free trial to try out the paid version then can upgrade or continue to use the free version
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is a great tool but for beginners it can be overwhelming and there is way of getting a demo session, I tried to reach out to their sales team for the same but no response, With these many number of features I feel to perfectly utilise all the features one need to have a demo call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps in managing my different projects easily. Be it be project research, team management, task management or any other thing that you can expect from a productivity management tool you will find here.
