Asana is essential to our operations!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is one of the most easy to use collaborative project management tools I've ever worked with. It keeps all of our projects and tasks organized and streamlined which helps keep our teams on track while juggling multiple projects!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's so much in Asana I feel like I'm just scraping the tip of the iceburg. Wish I had more time to learn more features and automations!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana keeps all projects in front of our teams so we can plan and priortize our work collaboratively.
Love it!

The organization, layout and how you can connect so many people to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall that I have is that it's easy to make a mistake on a project.

Calendar, timeline, assuming multiple people in cross departments

Excellent task management program!
What do you like best about the product?
We run a large paneshop and use Asana to keep track of the tasks at hand. Task management is a breeze, keeping track of asigned task is aslo very easy. Videos on implemtation is also very simple and to the point , it is very flexibble and creating new projects is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing on the program itself, but it tends to be expensive for smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to keep track of jobs on a spreadsheet, things just did not work out. Asana changed the whole prrocess. Tasks are assigned to a specific person with due dates. Comments on tasks cab be viewed by all involed.

What do you like best about the product?
Such an easy and user friendly program. I use Asana every single day to keep track of all of my teams projects and our workload. It is super easy to get started with and all of the account managers that I have worked with have been super helpful and friendly. As well as the professional services team, they make sure that you look at your work as a whole and make sure you build out processes in a way that is flexible for the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you can the batch move due dates in the project but keep the timing between them using the list view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to keep everything organized and in a process that makes sense and is visible to all.
Since 2009 when I joined, they dont dissapoint.
What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration with bringing additional teams together and is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would say is not allowing guests to be invited and need to have a seat for each user.

It is allowing us to be able to communicate as a team even when we work at different locations.

The ease of use and the views. Love beig able to assign tasks to team members and manage multiple accounts

None that I've encountered yet. So far not run into any issues

Allows me to track my workflow amd manage my clients' projects

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has allowed our remote team to stay on top of tasks, have more transparent communication about work efforts, and communicate in general more seamlessly in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside entering dates for tasks, the pop-up appears and gets in the way of navigating the field with ease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved communication and collaboration are the primary benefits that Asana has brought to our team. We also really like the built-in report out structure. This saves us a lot of time manually collecting data to report out on the status of projects to our clients. It also allows us to communicate status updates to the team with more consistency.
I no longer leave this essential everyday tool.
What do you like best about the product?
ASANA is a tool capable of going into the details of actions to be taken, and yet it is able to provide a summary of the actions completed so far. It can therefore be useful for all profiles of a Digital Management team. It is relatively easy to integrate even in the presence of an SSO system. An administration interface allows you to manage your subscription well. Customer support is efficient and responds quickly to questions. Once accustomed, you will use Asana daily and you won't be able to do without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of features being extremely important, it is advisable to have a product presentation. Guidance is preferable. Once this guidance is provided, the tool is very powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ASANA allows you to go into the details of the actions to be taken, while having a very synthetic view.
