Wonderful Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create templates for my projects and then duplicate them for each new transaction so I am not reinventing the wheel each time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. I wish there was an undo button but it is not a huge deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help keep 20 projects organized at one time.

What do you like best about the product?
Asna makes is easy to streamline working together and managing projects. I like the custom fields and it helps to keep everything organized. And it's super user-friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is a great tool but there's a lot of room for improvement with the mobile app - especially the inability to edit forms or copy a form link. It's also challenging to get external people/part-time/seasonal employees trained on Asana in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the common problems of disorganized project management and inefficient team collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
"It is very easy and intuitive to use. The variety of options to organize the tasks allows those who are very visual to learn and work, giving us the ease of better identifying the activities we need to accomplish
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have the possibility to integrate with social media to create ads, and to delegate tasks in Asana
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We hope it will help us improve communication and the review of collaborative tasks, as well as enhance the workflow to be much more organized. The marketing calendar is a very effective possibility for our company.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using asana to keep track of all my daily tasks. It's the first thing I open up in the morning to see what I need to prioritize and the last thing to see what I need to make sure I do the next day.

nothing, it is so user friendly and I love sharing how to use it with others

I really enjoy the great celebrations that asana has built in once you complete a task.

I dislike that comments are not saved when task are pulled.

Asana's flexibility is a great asset to any company starting on project management software
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and very reasonable learning curve for a new software tool. I use it everyday as a check in for all my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of room for improvement with complex project tracking and dependent functions that can improve the experience for more heavy users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business needs rapidly change almost every week which requires a flexible tool to accomodate and track all those changes. Asana does a great job where it manages and records all the changes with multiple interlinked portfolios and tasks. This provides great visibility to the entire organization to see where progress of each project is at the moment
Great tool for productivity.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to create tasks and subtasks with descriptions and notes. Being able to assign who is primarily responsible and additional collaborators is helpful as well. My colleagues and I use it every day to keep on track while working remotely. I like that there is a window that outlines tasks specific to me and an area for me to write notes to myself to help with prioritization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that tags on tasks were removed when copying a task to place elsewhere when using as a template.

Coordinating the many moving pieces of large-scale projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps us move our action items to an actionable state. Prior to adopting Asana, our action items from meetings stayed stagnant on agenda documents. Now, Project Mangers and Leadership has insight into the work being done. Our team is hoooked!

We are still navigating how to pay for access for our team.

Asana helps give our team clarity about our work that's done. Before this, it would require an email or meeting to communicate this.

The perfect tool for my organization
What do you like best about the product?
While I love the project management tools, most of them are not unique to Asana. What I have loved about Asana that has been a huge boon for our organization is the ease of onboarding, the API management for third party integrations, and the user and guest management tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot. There are some tools we make in our API scripts to agregate the data as we enter it into the forms. It would be easier if we could creat those via the Asana UI for our less technical users, that would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue that Asana solves for our organization is the consolodation of multiple corporate mandated softwares into a single source of truth. It also alows us to easily work with vendors in different countries and manage our domestic team that is distributed around the country.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows multiple team members to have visibility on our various projects. We can work through projects seemlessly utilizing the various features available to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I have trouble finding tasks that I have assigned to others, when the task is not part of a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can follow project timelines effortlessly. Projects are completed in less time.
