Project Management Savior
What do you like best about the product?
Asana does an exceptional job at helping me organize all of my projects and tasks on a daily basis. It is perfect for long-term planning, as well as solidifying quick, simple tasks. I use it every day. Collaboration is also a huge factor in Asana that positively impacts workflow for the whole team. I would highly recommend it for any agency of any size. You can't go wrong with a project management system in place like Asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I experience is being able to assign multiple people to an individual ticket. When a team is working on something together, I often set-up a subtask and assign them individually, so it's on their calendar. Nevertheless, they're delivering one asset together. In that sense, it would be nice to have an individual task be assigned to at a minimum two people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving delegation challenges, workload and workflow challenges. Using Asana lets myself and my team see exactly what tasks need to be completed and the timeline in which we need to get things done. It also assists in organizing files, so everything is exactly where it needs to be. We are able to easily collaborate, and we can review all together without any issues.
Great flexibility and ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
Asana offers great flexibility so you can design the structure to fit your organization's needs. The features are customizable and built for multiple purposes. It's easy to use and intuitive so not much training is required for new users. The search feature is excellent and used routinely by our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can become expensive for a small organization who needs advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track projects, associated tasks, owners and status. We are also able to search all project history to find relevant information as needed. It helps us stay organized and keep a full history of each project, including comments by team members.
Resourcing powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
It helped our small agency become way more efficient with resourcing and tracking milestones.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are features that I can't access without upgrading or maybe it's an educational aspect. I try to read all the update emails and attend webinars so I can stay on top of it all. Another issue (not with Asana exactly) is getting my colleagues to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is able to be much more efficient with our time using Asana to resource. The company is able to see visually when we have time opening up in order to bring on more clients. We can stay organized and use it as a way to track tasks so nothing gets lost. It also helps me plan and organize our conferences.

What do you like best about the product?
Checking off things I've done. I love to be able to visualize my projects. Since I work in fundraising, Asana helps me keep track of deadlines, communications, and opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It just takes a bit of time getting used to it. But once you have the hang of it, it's super helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana lets me organize proposal deadlines. By seeing them in a list and being able to have all the funder information there, I can write proposals faster and organize my priorities.
Asana has been a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana integrates with my gmail and clockify so I can pull tasks straight from my email and when it's time to complete the task I can easily set my time tracker.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a little bit of a learning curve getting started. It took me a while to find the process I like best. But once I found it it has been amazing keeping my whole life organized!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep all of my client tasks in one place, organized by project. Every workflow, every deadline gets it's one place in Asana so I never miss anything. I also have my own business organization in Asana. Marketing campaigns, filing deadlines, random admin work for my business, everything is there easy to see!
Great organization & collaboration capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE using Asana. It's perfect for managing all the projects my and my marketing team work on. It's easy to be able to categorize projects...Emails, Content, Website, Events but then see everything at once in the General All Marketing combined project. It makes it easy to filter by each person when we have stand-up meetings. Deadlines, subtasks, dependencies, and adding contributors makes the process seamless.
I love that I can custom organize my specific tasks in My Tasks. I rarely forget about things I need to do or let things fall through the tasks because of how amazing Anasa's software is.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do find it difficult sometimes to set up the "rules" in My Tasks so that I can stay better on top of duedates and organizing the tasks I need to complete each day/each week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes communication between members of a team seamless and all in one place. It's easy to set tasks, dependencies, due dates, and collaborators for different projects/tasks and communicate with each team member easily.
Asana is essential to our operations!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is one of the most easy to use collaborative project management tools I've ever worked with. It keeps all of our projects and tasks organized and streamlined which helps keep our teams on track while juggling multiple projects!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's so much in Asana I feel like I'm just scraping the tip of the iceburg. Wish I had more time to learn more features and automations!

Asana keeps all projects in front of our teams so we can plan and priortize our work collaboratively.

The only downfall that I have is that it's easy to make a mistake on a project.

Excellent task management program!
What do you like best about the product?
We run a large paneshop and use Asana to keep track of the tasks at hand. Task management is a breeze, keeping track of asigned task is aslo very easy. Videos on implemtation is also very simple and to the point , it is very flexibble and creating new projects is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing on the program itself, but it tends to be expensive for smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to keep track of jobs on a spreadsheet, things just did not work out. Asana changed the whole prrocess. Tasks are assigned to a specific person with due dates. Comments on tasks cab be viewed by all involed.
