All the things you need to keep your team moving
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great way to track tasks and help a team communicate

I would like it if the calendar/list features were a little easier to use

Asana is solving so many listmaking and task-tracking things for my team; I'm not sure I'd know what to do without it.

The ability to share documents and updates on projects without multiple emails and searching for information received days or weeks before, it is all in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to figure out when to do projects, tasks and subtasks, but I am still learning the process.

Easily able to share documents and have discussions all in one place!

Learning a new tool is kind of hard. At least asana has a lot of resources for training.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana literally has tools that meet most project management needs. Many of the things I was looking for with other project management solutions, I have found here.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I see is that the people who set up our workflows in Asana were not project managers. I can see how easy it would be to do things correctly, but we've ingrained poor process, so we're missing out on some of the functionality that is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes it easy for teams to collaborate and move work along without the challenges of email or meetings.

It has been an excellent platform that I have used since 2016.

There is nothing that I dislike at this time.

It has supported me in working with many different projects and maintained dates/objectives in real time.
New to Asana, using for HR/benefits projects and task management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is customizable and user-friendly, visual aids and color features allows for visual organization. Excited to integrate my gmail tasks and messages into my running task list. Plan to use this tool on a weekly basis in order to make sure use of the platform is efficient and impactful with least effort and side-tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
There may be an overload of features, too many visible at the same time can be a bit disruptive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helpfing to make tasks visible and able to take inventory of oustanding tasks in order not to miss deadlines and increase my reliability and output on timely basis.
Asana allows me to manage and organize me and my team's activities

I really like that I am able to manage a task list for myself while also making that visible to my team, stakeholders in other departments, organized in a sprint that I can control the visibility of.

There are a lot of notifications that come through and not all are relevant or of interest

I use Asana to manage incoming requests, bug fixes, managing my daily task list, backlog of requests, Weekly Sprints, Project Management, and Team coordination

They provide best customer service. It makes project management feel less overwhelming by breaking things down into manageable tasks and sub tasks.

Overall best service provider, I am enjoying my experience with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Asana to manage projects by specifying tasks, dividing roles, documenting conversations, and keeping attachments and files contained within individual tasks. Asana is adaptable enough to grow alongside our team, and the templates function is particularly useful for onboarding new team members. Asana is an excelent choice for any team that manages several projects and passes files via a review process.
