Amazing project management program
What do you like best about the product?
Our team is very collaborative. We are able to track the progress of a task, communicate frequently, update stakeholders, and manage our time and tasks efficiently. Asana is user friendly and the community blog/online help center is very resourceful. Reaching out to customer support is a breeze when running into any techical issues. It is also easy to navigate and include in our onboarding training. We use Asana daily and it is essential to provide the best customer service and progress reports to our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are an accounting firm so we would like to see more complex functions in Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us solve progress updates, track data metrics to determine the status of a project or milestone, increase internal collaboration, efficiently document tasks, and also collect data from other team members. We use the inbox feature frequently to prevent roadblocks or gather information to complete tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's easy to use, funactional, has many kinds of orangization options, the custom fields are awesome, it can be colourful, dark mode is excellent, who doesn't love checking off a milestone task to be met with joy?
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of advanced features I have not been able to gain experience in yet like rules and portfolios.

It keeps my tasks organized so I can manage my capacity
Asana is a game changer for my productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is easy to use, easily integrates with current systems, can be accessed via the web, mobile, or desktop versions and all in all has been the best tool I've used to track my various tasks. I like being able to have a task shared on multiple projects so there is less duplication and the ability to provide status updates to the collaborators is helpful in lieu of spending 20 minutes recapping everything at the beginning of a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more of my colleagues would adopt Asana for their task management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana keeps the various teams I work with aligned with their goals and informed about the project(s).
We love asana
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana gives us a way to hold everyone accountable for their work. It is easy to customize to find what works best for each employee. We use Asana in our daily work, and all of our employees start out with an asana training board to get the acclamated right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are always a few things I wish I could do when trying to build out new rules. Whether it is dynamic group tags or not being able to use subtasks as rule triggers, there are still a few limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us solve the issue of jumbled communication. From email and teams, it can be hard to keep track of everything people are expected to do. Asana makes that possible.
Organized and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows you to clearly identify tasks, assign them to various team members, and track their progress. The best task manager I've used. Asana is user friendly and easy to implement whether you have one-time tasks to assign or major projects that need tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything I don't like as of yet.

Asana is keeping track of all of my projects and tasks. I don't have to worry that things will be missed.

It helps me manage my responsibilities including user support, testing and documentation.
Asana is a Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is integral is helping me manage my priorities and keep track of tasks I need to complete. In addition, it makes it very simple for me to establish new projects, lay out tasks and set deadlines for my subordinates. I use it in my work daily and have found it easy to integrate with other systems, like Google Drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can at times be difficult to navigate larger projects, especially if they're managed by others with less skill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping to keep me and my team on track as we navigate tasks and the launch of new projects at the company level.

It can sometimes be hard to find old tasks that have already been closed out.

Keeping the team on the same timeline and on top of posting and tasks.
Asana is more than just a task list!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana keeps my multiple projects organized so that everyone has visibility that needs it. For 1:1 meetings with my manager, it makes it easy to track what we need to discuss on a weekly basis. We also have a team priority project which we can state our intentions for the week. That helps us ensure we are attacking the most important tasks first.
So the general organization, accountability is super helpful. And the ability to create forms to submit work requests is also super efficent!

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a big fan of Asana. If I were to pick one thing (and it is probably a me issue) is that old tasks appear by default, instead of just the unfinished ones. I wish I could set it by default. A minor gripe but hey, you asked!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my review, I mentioned how it helps keep me and my team organized on the important tasks. If things are out of sight, lots of times they become out of mind. This keeps things at the forefront for both tasks and projects.
A great resource
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great resource for organizing tasks. It is easy to stay on top of upcoming tasks. Asana is also a good way to stay connected with a team - it has good resources for updating.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is the search feature needs to be more resourceful within projects.

Asana is helping me stay on task. There are lots of options for ensuring you are following a timeline.
