What do you like best about the product?
The ability to message and collaborate within my team stands out as one of the best features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't came across any downsides to the tool yet. Everything seems to be very straightforward at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping solve the influx of emails for a request from the team. The tool helps the team more efficiently address business needs for the company.

What do you like best about the product?
One standout feature of Asana is the ease with which tasks can be assigned and tracked. Assigning responsibilities is straightforward, and the visual representation of task progress ensures everyone stays on the same page. The commenting system within tasks fosters clear communication, eliminating the need for lengthy email threads

While Asana provides a good range of features, some users might find the customization options somewhat limited. Tailoring the platform to highly specific workflows may require workarounds.

Asana for newbies!

What do you like best about the product?
As a newbie to the platform, I am finding it easy to navigate. The training sessions are invaluable and the hosts really take the time to answer questions.
The platforms features and integrations put it above other project management software I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to move projects into other projects as a task. Example: As a project begins to expand, it could be moved into a more generic header with the individual tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity, communication, workflow. Our department has grown and having access to this product will help us set priorities of projects and deliverables.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana has easy to use templates and that you can set up and re-use workflows and forms . Its very helpful and enables efficiency across teams. The integration is easy, I use it on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see anything that I dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The templates and forms help to automate actions within the team. The benefit is that we are more efficient and can conecntrate on tasks rather than chasing after information.

What do you like best about the product?
Upsides for using Asana is Team collaboration!

A downside is navigating "Rules" and how to change them easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has been beneficial in helping my team collaborate easier on tasks and task management. There is now less confusion on who is doing what.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Asana is my ability to track project progress and tasks for each of my team members. It easily allows me to follow-up with multiple people quickly without using email. All the information is in one place.
I also love that I can forward emails to Asana and add ad hoc client requests to My List and plan my abilty to honor the request based on the tasks I already have on my plate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far there hasn't been a big downside to Asana. Coming up with the best structure of projects, sections and portfolios has probably been the challenge. However, once we start work on setting up a project and decide upon a structure, it's been great. Not crazy about the limitations on the side menu. It's be nice to see everything at once easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all communication about projects in once place. It allows me to track the projects for all team members without having to use email.

What do you like best about the product?
I was offered to use Asana at work and had not used it before. It is simple and easy. You can actually play around in it yourself to get the gist of the software and using of the program. I just learned how to intergrate a feature into my calendar and block time. This is super helpful and easy to use every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if the task that were complete did not show up in my current taks. There is probably a feature to remove them or move them to the bottom. I am just not there yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my task at the forefront, on track for task completion and share work load with the team

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a visual person, and having all my tasks and projects easily accessible to view makes planning my work for the day so much easier. Slowly the rest of my team is getting onboard, but in the meantime, app integrations are saving me. I can easily turn an email from my boss into a task in Asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its hard to keep up with Asana if the rest of the team isn't. The app integration is good, but if I have to keep turning emails into tasks, whats the point? Also, sometimes contacting customer support isn't helpful as their responses are sometimes more guides to do the research yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem its solving is giving me a visual of my workload so I can prioritize properly.
