Best project management out there
What do you like best about the product?
We had a great experience using Asana for various different cross-functional projects. It facilitates easy collaboration, helps with resourcing, and understanding bandwidth. Celebrating milestones and task completions feels so good with Asana
What do you dislike about the product?
Our entire team's experience with Asana was super easy but we didn't have too much help or support during the onboarding process and we had to find other groups to ask questions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration was effortless and seamless with Asana. Managing projects across engineering, product, key leadership stakeholders, and customer success was so so easy and efficient.

Requires some training to start using the tool.

Asana help in managing tasks is very organized and efficient. The overview that it allows users to have on all tasks is extensive.
Asana is a well designed task and project management tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a pretty good platform to manage all your task and projects and it's perfect for team collaboration. It allows the management and team members to track progress of each project at one place. It aslo enhances smooth communication among team members thus solving communication problems and project delays.Asana is aslo customizable to fit into our different project needs with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use SharePoint in the company. We would like to see smooth integration with Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is one the most affordable project management tool in the market. Easy to use and to deploy. It has smoothen team communication thus solving the problem of project delay. Asana is aslo customizable to fit into our various needs.
Asana has been my organizational saving grace!!

Asana simplifies project management by allowing me to create different boards
+ workflows based on my needs. I use it for long term projects, personal to-do lists, and even track recipes I want to make via Asana.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a bit more customization in the colors of the platform - ideally every setting could be modified but I also know that that's not super realistic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is my chosen project management software because it is simple, easy to use, yet very customizable to my workflows. I have noticed a significant change in my productivity levels at work + in my personal life since I started using Asana regularly.

It's a great application for keeping track of your task and your team's progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It works great for what I need (visibility of tasks and accountability).

Project visibility and team accountability.
Great for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to keep track of tasks across multiple teams/projects in one easy-to-manage to-do list.I like that I can filter to only see tasks that are coming up soon and not have to worry about tasks that aren't due for weeks or months at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's most helpful when everyone is invested in using it correctly. When an entire team is onboard, you can easily track task distribution, due dates, and more. But if some don't use it - or don't use it properly - their contributions can be overlooked because they are not trackable.

Tracking my to-do lists and tasks of my colleagues.
best organization and planning tool
What do you like best about the product?
I find the most helpful the ability to create tasks and check them off when you are done. Also, several team members can be part of different tasks and the notification system.
What do you dislike about the product?
maybe messages, I find them a bit confusing to use since they don't work exactly as a chat but more like an inbox and it might get a bit confusing at times. I could use some improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is great for collaborations and project management. I can easily see what and when my team members are working at, we can collaborate and the feeling of checking an assignment as complete is amazing.

I am still learning how to use it and keep my projects sorted appropriately to meet my needs.

Tracking projects and work flow and task management. Also a great parking lot to keep notes to go back and reference, create memos for the team, etc.

1. Asana is a great way to minimise sync or undocumented task record.
2. Super easy to assign task, ask details and add sub tasks for breaking down a big task to smaller chunks.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. I don't think there's anything to dislike about Asana. It does best what it claims.
2. The only thing it can improve on is : Please, Please allow multiple people to be assigned to a task or atleast make it easier for collaborators to easily find the tasks where they are collaborators.

1. Best way to collaborate on a project, assign a person and add a deadline. makes it all easier to work towards finishing it.
