Easy Task Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use with Asana. It's easy to go in and create projects, and assign tasks. Helps keep everything organized and on track. Very user friendly and easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, nothing. This has been the best task management system I have used to date. I enjoy how easy and simple it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything organized and on track. It's easy to go into each client project and see what is actively being worked on, and what needs to be completed. Keeps everyone on track.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a simple and user friendly task management system, Asana is it!
Best Free PM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Asana at two different companies now, to help with marketing project management. I have always used Asana in a free capacity. Compared to it's competitors that also offer free versions, I found Asana to be the easiest to use. There is actually a lot of functionality within the free version, especially if you use it as an individual tool to keep your projects on track or with a small team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to say here. Although, I do wish that the free version came with a Gantt Chart view. Also, when connecting Asana to your Google Calendar, the Google Calendar notifications don't go away when you complete the task in Asana which is mildly irritating. I also wish it connected to ninety.io!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Asana for marketing campaign management and to keep my daily and weekly to-do list organized. It has helped me manage people and processes -- I can see which employees are completing their tasks and time and use Asana to help guide our project progress meetings.
Becoming ever more robust
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is continuously adding new integrations and supporting features. It is easy to add people and manage projects, and we're continuously unpacking all the options within Asana. It is a robust and hearty tool that can really help teams of all sizes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a relatively pricy solution for a small company. It also isn't entirely intuitive in some of the nuances. The integrations aren't all fluid - particularly when we have to involve a 3rd party resource such as Zapier. The automations are improving, but aren't where we would like them to be just yet to be helpful in our project planning and task assignment. I particularly would like to see a better Google Mail or Chrome integration as it is particularly clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a small team but juggling a large amount each. We have many channels of communication but Asana acts as our repository for all tasks and needs, future, past and in progress. Our team needs to take more time to unpack all the power that is in this program, allowing us greater efficiency and optimizing communication.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is far better than any of the tools we vetted previously.
Our team needs to take more time to unpack all the power that is in this program, allowing us greater efficiency and optimizing communication. I would recommend investing in the time and energy to set up Asana from the outset, examine the integrations and the automations/templates, and begin on the right foot instead of growing into it slowly.

A friendly tool for organised and management tasks with priority
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very simple and sleek. It is pretty easy to use. It has good speed to upload and download the files., photos, videos, and docs over the platform. Its both versions on the web and mobile are great and work amazingly well. By creating tasks and their priority, we can track down the progress and deadlines within the app, and it sends notifications as the deadlines come near.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications for different tasks and projects pop altogether, and there is no base of priority for the notifications. But with the new update, the colors are slightly faded. I'm expecting to see those colors and attractiveness again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is one of the best tools in the market, and it is helping me a lot in managing my work peacefully. Also, it is making me learn how to prioritize the tasks based on the urgency of the project and complete the project and create reports for progress and issues and share with the team and solve problems within the same platform.
My Experience using Asana.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a practical and easy-to-use shared dashboard and workspace for remote work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish to find Time Tracking Features within the project management tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana, I can cooperate and work with my colleagues remotely on the same project or document effectively, even if my colleges are new to Asana.

Easy and great tool to manage official tasks
What do you like best about the product?
UI is great! Easy to drag and drop tasks, assign timelines of tasks. Track task progress, manage teams, can easily assign tasks to individuals with document links.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I could not find anything to dislike, it would have been better if there were multiple assigning of people. Also, the platform is crowded with a lot of features.

best digital organizer
What do you like best about the product?
What I found helpful about asana is that not only do I have access on my computer but also on all my devices so it all syncs up. I also find asana useful when keeping organized for my business in all aspects. It keeps me organized for just about anything. I love to color coordinate so that was a plus when keeping track on my calendar of what I need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it made a sound when I accomplished something or reminded me when I have something coming up. What they can do to make it better is to add on a bell or something like that. Plus the ease of the color coordination can be better. I don't like that when I do a task I have to add it on my calendar to make it a specific color.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem that asana is solving for my business is the ability to not just have myself look at the tasks for the day but my team. It's easy to access and everyone can contribute. Also, I can be specific to what I want to focus on in terms of making it a favourite which I will see and be able to focus on. Thats great. I also love that I have options of how I view each task. I can view each task like a list where you can check off. A board where it is in a specific group. Then last we have calendar and files which for obvious reasons that's great to have in terms of dated tasks for the business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can use Asana not just for business but for just about anything you want to organize in your life. If you gravitate more to a task view, or board view this is perfect for you. PLus if you like things color coordinated this is also great.
Great, but can be expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Its extremely easy to use, the UX is great on it and it makes planning much easier. Creating dependant tasks is really awesome as you can see who needs to get what done before you can start you will be notified when those in front of you are finished. The slack integration is great as I normally only go one once I have a slack notification.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cant really think of any dislike apart from it being a bit expensive for what it is
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tracking and communication with projects.
Great for Collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that Asana gives you multiple ways to plan and share, be it in a to-do list or a visual format. Plus, the option to create various chats and tags for cohorts and employees. It makes it easier for everyone to see what everyone else is doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about Asana, though I do wish there was an integrated calendar to visually see all deadlines and due dates for projects together in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can keep track of all the little pieces of each project and collaborate more closely. Asana gives us the ability to see where people may need an extra hand and hop in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend, if using Asana, to also have a secondary calendar that you can cross-reference with all your projects and deadlines.
Flexible and Fast tool for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Fast and modern design is the best part about asana as per me; it is incredibly feature-rich and help to align tasks in the team quickly basis priority, helps execute the tasks in the best way possible
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is on a bit of on the higher side, and we don't find it much valuable for tasks related to graphic designing, some expansion on the free features can be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple project view is hands down the best feature of Asana as per me, process management and team collaboration has helped the entire team to be more productive.
