What do you like best about the product?
Keep myself organized with projects that are related to contractors and also my own list of things I need to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Asana is so good because you can assign people to tasks and you can have different projects to each task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping me get all my tasks down in a timely manner. It helps me stay organzied.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana keeps all our projects organized. Our teams are able to collaborate on different projects and tasks, while keeping everything in line and organized. It is so helpful that we can check off tasks as we go, refer to calendars and deadlines, and also add more details within the description. Highly recommend Asana!
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, Asana's layout or interface can be daunting and overwhelming. There seems to be a lot to look at, a lot going on. But once you get the hang of using it, it becomes intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our teams used to manually keep track of projects and tasks within spreadsheets like Google sheets. With Asana, we save time and effort, and we have a better workflow. This lets us tackle and complete more proiects.

What do you like best about the product?
This has been a great management tool for our company, the integration of comms has been great and has allowed us to cut down on mails as which has been amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
This software only allows a maximum limit of 100MB per file even on a higher paid plan. I really don't like this one because Trello allows 250mb files. Have a look at this problem

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best advantages of Asana is the possibility of monitoring from multiple devices, including smartphones, since nowadays we do not only monitor from a computer as we traditionally used to do.
In this way, this tool allows us to manage projects and tasks collaboratively from anywhere, receiving notifications, sharing tasks and efficiently monitoring them.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is a very complete tool characterized by managing projects through the agile project approach, so there is the opportunity to incorporate new features that complement diagramming in agile methodologies without forgetting the use of waterfall planning for project monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the most extensive uses has been in the monitoring of activities that involve the contribution of multidisciplinary work teams, since each member can be assigned tasks, measure the time in the execution, and individually each person can update their activities based on the progress recorded; these advances complement the percentage of the global project automatically and ensure a successful execution.

What do you like best about the product?
They created a Mac OS desktop version of the app instead of in-browser or makeshift apps to fil that gap circa 2020 - that was a big improvement for me. The templates are great. The integrations and communication are aces.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest dislike is when agencies allow their clients to view the entire workboard and all projects. How you work is the secret sauce of business. I suppose I wish there was more of a prompt to force admins to email automated updates of projects and make it a little more difficult to add clients...?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is difficult to solve from Asana's side. I wish there were super-easy-to-advanced education about work metholodogies --> then planning --> setting up ---> change management. Wrike does a great job with this. The reason these apps don't work for businesses is that they don't know the basics of operations.

Asana has become one of my main work tools. When managing several projects at the same time, organization is essential, something that is very easy to handle with Asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, Asana works well for me and I haven't detected anything I don't like. In fact, I have previously used others like Trello and I still prefer Asana.

The main thing for me is the organization of tasks in different products. Another aspect I value highly is that it allows organizing several teams of people to achieve the objectives.

It gives you a complete overview of your project of projects. Integrated with tasks and a calendar. You can even manage multiple teams.

It can sometimes be a bit overwhelming because of all the functionalities.

Our projects before Asana where hard to handle. We worked with spreadsheets and sticky notes. Now we have a clearer overview.

Additionally, it allows you to share notes on a standard board about task descriptions and upload attached documents that are recorded as evidence of the tasks that are in the process of execution; on the other hand, it combines functions that can be interrelated with a single click, prioritizes activities, establishes a specific workflow, among many other features that facilitate the work of project managers.

It is an excellent platform for the execution of multiple types of projects, widely used worldwide, so an opportunity for improvement could be to make some changes in the look and feel to make it easier to interpret at first sight, which that favors the learning curve

Among the main problems solved thanks to ASANA, I can mention the successful completion of complex projects that involve a significant number of people, since it is parameterized so that each one of them reports the progress and execution of activities. Additionally, it is very useful for recording evidence that can be shared with stakeholders and even better, with our sponsors.
