Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is probably my favorite project management tool.
It is so user friendly, very easy to customize (within reason) - and has very minimal drawbacks for me + my team's use case.
This tool has been instrumental in letting us track our workloads and workflows, to ensure we're staying on top of everything that's important.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly the only drawback is that some of the more nuanced customization we want to do just isn't baked into the platform - but those are all "nice to haves" not "need to haves" for us and our use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has helped us track our work, projects, tasks, and workflows.
Generally - this has been monumental for letting us track and stay on top of all the work happening in a variety of spaces.

Organized & User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I have the ability to rank what is most important vs least important, and I love that I can create subtasks for each task. It's like having a task to do the laundry, but knowing you'll have to: Subtask 1 - fold the laundry, and Subtask 2 - put the laundry away. It's nice to be able to lay out specific sub tasks!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to assign a task to more than one person for projects I'm working on with someone else. One person having all of the credit for a completed task is a little biased, and all the responsibility falls to the assignee rather than who is both equally responsible for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to have papers and sticky notes everywhere to remind myself of small (and huge) tasks. With the help of Asana, I am able to keep everything in one place with due dates! I love that I can assign due dates and times!

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a powerful ,stable, reliable and very easy to use platform for managing projects. It great tool when it comes to task tracking and project planning. It easy to customize workflows and forms. It aslo help the team to have solid communication especially when working remotely. Customer support is top notch and their very friendly.

Asana has a bit of learning curve. But it's functionality works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We appreciate the support we get from their customer support team . Asana is aslo easily customizable to fit into our different needs. It helps the team to communicate when working remotely and it's pricing structure is very fair.
Amazing project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
One thing I really like about Asana is how it keeps everything organized in one place. The timeline view and task dependencies make it much easier to understand how projects are progressing and what needs attention next. I also appreciate the automation features that reduce repetitive work, like automatically assigning tasks or setting due dates. Overall, Asana helps teams stay aligned and saves time that would otherwise be spent in meetings or tracking updates manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where Asana could improve is pricing, as the monthly cost can be higher compared to some other project management tools. It would also be helpful if tasks could be assigned to multiple team members at the same time. In many projects, the same task often involves more than one person, so allowing multiple assignees would make collaboration easier and more flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana help me with my project task management so it's easy to do task timely by creating and assigning task according to the role of the user, asana stay all thing organized, asana help me reduce time for weekly meeting because of task management is superb
Simplified project management and BAU tasks
What do you like best about the product?
The most beneficial thing is the user-friendly interface, as well as the notifications system. For somebody who struggles with time management, it is essential.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really much to dislike about Asana. The platform performs it's expectations quite well and i've personally noticed a decent increase in my productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Asana is solving is my ability to ensure all tasks are completed within SLA. My role tends to see quite a lot of ad-hoc related tasks in addition to my BAU objectives therefore it keeps me transparent on my ad-hoc tasks and allows me to complete/manage them with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps in making proper notes of the bug and all the technical errors that are faced in the work. It also has different columns for comments and resolutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no cons as of now I have faced in noting down the errors.

Asana is helping in noting down all the bugs we are facing in our work and getting it assigned to the team automatically.

Game Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has great functionality when it comes to project management! It is very intuitive and easy to customize to your specific project management preferences. I enjoy the automation options and templated project options.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of that I dislike about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves task management issues and allows us to prioritize tasks. It gives us a holistic view of everything we are working on to make sure marketing tasks are balanced between all team members and everyone is accomplishing their tasks in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use, Love it as a way to organize tasks and link to what needs to be done. Perfect tool for onboarding new employees
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really think of anything I didn't like. Maybe some kind of connection to email with reminders would be good (I may have missed that feature)

Keeping new hires on schedule with trainings and to do's

I like how easy it is to use and how you can track what everyone on the team is working on in one organized place. It increases productivity and accountability in the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about this service itself. If anything, it may not be as accessible to smaller organizations because of the payment required to upgrade. However, the free version provides many insights and is worth having.

Asana helps us as a team stay on top of our projects and see what other team members are working on. It allows us to measure the availability of team members and how time is being managed in the office.
