Asana Seamlessly Integrates with Outlook
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can track my work duties day to day simply by forwarding emails to Asana from Outlook. I then go into Asana to organize the emails into folders. It helps me stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can't forward items to specific folders. It adds more time than necessary by having to do that step. It would be great if there was a workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the problem of not knowing exactly how much I've accomplished for the day. It can be easy to plug away at emails and have no real way to track productivity without tools such as Asana.
Asana is the best project management tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes things lot more easier when it comes to work management. It’s jam-packed full of features. I personally recommend it specifically to team with large number of people.
What do you dislike about the product?
No time tracking feature and someone who is using it for first may found it difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes communication lot more easier and can keet track of my work and deadlines.

This has been best tool for project management I have used after looking into multiple solutions available in the market. This tool made planning easy for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me organize everything and allows a project to be broken down into small tasks without getting lost. I like the simplicity and ease of learning how to implement it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the time tracking worked on the desktop version.. This would allow us to understand better which projects we are working on without having to go online..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is allowing us to work as a team with transparency and allowing communication outside of email to promote efficient work. It also helps us focus on our goals.

Easy to manage task.
It's a comprehensive work management tool to work faster

Workspaces are easy to create and after workspaces, I have a space where I see a series of projects based on tags, assigned people, and priority

Asana has all the capabilities to perform all tasks assigned so I have nothing to dislike about it

Managing my monthly and daily tasks, with amazing UI and its notifications help me finish tasks before the deadline. Helps me in keeping my schedule up to date and organised

There are no downsides that I faced. It's been an awesome experience so far.

Amazing tool for task management
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing for me was that I can easily manage my marketing calendar. Being a marketing manager it is sometimes very difficult to keep up with the numerous tasks, but with Asana I could manage it all without any delays.

So far there is nothing that I don't like about the platform.

It helps me and my team to manage our marketing tasks and schedules. Its integration with apps makes the entire experience very smooth.
Excellent Productivity Tracker
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps our remote team members asynchronously communicate with each other and manage tasks. Knowing when someone is almost complete with a task helps others with downstream tasks know when they can start without requiring a face-to-face meeting or email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the search functionality was more robust. Ideally allowing wildcards or even regular expressions to search for relevant tasks would make Asana even easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a primarily work from home company, it can be difficult to coordinate tasks. Asana allows us to track the progress of tasks without having to schedule unnecessary meetings.
